GTSS 2019 Checklist

Car Files:

Setup new FutureFuture carlist
Create updated meta w/ Ford GT and Maserati
-maintain 1200 kilo base weight, unless car is too OP
-make all the .hdc files for each car and tire combo
-confirm that all cars are using the same tire values, bar visual dimensions (radius=, etc)
-use GearRatioCalculater to give all cars same VMax within 10 kph of each other
evaluate and test new reliability values
-targeting 1/6 failure percentage, slightly more failures for indie cars
-learn how Attrition= changes initial wave of failures, or just does DNF failures
Make it so that tires take an extra lap or two to reach operation temp (maybe)

Driver Files:

Update Driver Rankings Database
Create Base Rating database (if you feel like it)
Learn and make a new universal value for Composure value
-targeting actual spins in race not caused by riding kerbs (AIW related)
Update car and factory/independant rating penalties
Remove Qualifying Penalties and and readjust Dry Pace penalties

Track Files:

Do custom trackside branding (if you feel like it)

AIW Changes (Track by Track)

Bahrain
-Find version that fits 36 cars, or make it fit 36

Interlagos
-Remove some pit stalls (or use a different Interlagos I dunno)
-Change line at Turn 6 to prevent trail-brake spins

Yas Marina
-continue refinement of borders
-Adjust Pit-in Blend
-Change line at Turn 2-3 to prevent unecessary lifts/braking

Silverstone
-Adjust Line and Borders at Turn 1 to prevent cutting at race start

Paul Ricard
-Refine borders
-Adjust lines as seen fit, after watching on track action

Road Gatineau
-Change line at Turn 8 to prevent trail-brake spins
-Remove kerbing buffers from track borders
-Adjust pit-in Blend

Baku
-Continue refinement of borders

Suzuka
-Add one or two more pit stalls

Other stuff:

New Rules
-Increased Ballast for Gold drivers in indie cars, 10kg per Gold Driver
-whatever else I can think of I dunno
