fix - Open a CMD prompt and type this:

iisreset /stop




7.wp site tranfer server to server -

a.hole wp file backup l8ke - wp-admin,wp-content, wp-includes, .htaccess etc.


b. then backup the database from phpmyadmin with .sql format.


c.then edit db .sql file search for siteurl and add new domain name .

d.then edit wp-config.php with new db info like -
