  11. English is my second language however, I use it on daily bases since I moved to the UK so there won’t be a problem at all.
  12.
  13. Battletag (If xrealm):
  14. Tronicx#2518
  15.

  28.
  29. Main Spec: Marksmanship
  30.
  31. Off Spec (Optional): Beast mastery. (I also played the old Survival and play the new one now, I love this class that is why I like to keep my self-informed about every spec and talent).

  40. This is your opportunity to demonstrate to us that you know your class well. Please explain your current stat priority/talents/glyph choices:
  41. Stats priority: Mastery > Haste > Versatility > Crit.
  42.
  43. For Marksmanship I take the following talents:
  44. Lone Wolf: It’s much better than the other talents in general especially Damage-wise, plus it gives me the freedom to play without a pet which could be frustrating sometimes (ex, the pet takes time to switch from a target to another)
  45. Lock and Load: For raid bosses and dungeons I find this talent the correct chose for it’s proc that can be used when the Vulnerable debuff is up, True Aim could be useful in the future on ramp up fights. http://i.imgur.com/bJxE4C3.png
  46.
  47. Posthaste: Hunter is known for its mobility and it is the reason why it is the most likely to be assigned to do a job/tactic during the encounter, so I find Posthaste is the most reliable compared to the other talents.
  48.
  49. Patient Sniper: This tablet is strong and gives you the advantage the start doing right away instead of staking up the Vulnerable debuff 3 times, It also shows that it boosts the DPS more than the others. http://i.imgur.com/bSr5nTy.png
  50.
  51. Binding Shot: Because who would take a sleep or stealth over a STUN!!!
  52.
  53. Barrage: By far doing a better job than to two other talents, great single-target damage and a huge instant AoE damage. http://i.imgur.com/YaESXkq.png
  54.
  55. Sidewinders: It changes the game play and the rotations and I feel that it works the best with the talents that’s already been chosen, this might change later but for now I believe it is the right thing. http://i.imgur.com/TlHtMp6.png
  56.
  57. Rotation: Barrage > 1 Aimed shot (to avoid focus cap) > Sidewinders > 2-3 Aimed shot (saves 30 focus for marked shot > Marked Shot.
  58. What I keep my eyes on all of the time is the Vulnerable debuff, I try my best not to cast Aimed shot or Marked shot without it, basically it is my timer that I base my decisions on.
  59.

  79. Previous guilds, what positions did you hold, and why you left?
  80.
  81. We raid Sunday and Tuesday 20:00-23:00 Server (GMT+1) with invites going out 15mins before. Can you make these days and times?
  82. Yes, the timing is great for me, actually it is one of the reasons I choose your guild.
  83.
  84. We also do a separate, completely optional raid on Fridays for alts some weeks at the same times as above. Would you attend those? (ON HOLD UNTIL LEGION)
  85. I'd love to, I always have an alt or two that I like to play with (Paladin and Druid atm).
  86.
  87. Do you understand and agree to our guild rules & raiding rules?
  88. Yes, the rules fits me and I agree with.
  89.
  90. How stable is your internet connection and do you play on a wireless connection?
  91. I play on wired fibre connection fibre +70 MB, never had a problem with it. Stable 16 - 22 ms.
  92.
  93. How well can your PC run WoW in a raiding environment? Listing your specification is a bonus.
  94. My pc is constantly updated to meet the requirements of the game, and the software’s I use for development and studying.
  95. CPU: Intel i7-3770K @ 3.50GHz (8 CPUs)
  96. RAM: 16GB.
  97. GPU: GeForce GTX 980.
  98.
  99. How do you usually prepare for a raid?
  100. I prepare for each raid by first making sure I know and have a good idea about the fight/fights I'm going to face, secondly I check if I have all the consumables I need (Flasks, potions, food, etc.). I also like to prepare myself mentally by taking a break from studying/working at least 20 mins before the raid/invites starts.
  101.
  102. As we progress it may mean spending hours wiping on a boss. What's your attitude towards wiping and how do you respond to it?
  103. I was chatting with an officer of a previous guild and we were talking about what led the guild to be disbanded, when the guild's members attitude came up he said and I quote "You have a high stamina during the progress and your performance dose not drop nor be effected by wipes or drama"
  104. I try to learn something from each and every wipe.
  105.
  106. Mistakes, especially ones that cause wipes will be met with constructive criticism from the officers. How would you truthfully respond to this criticism?
  107. I fully support it, if you let mistakes go without mentioning, none will learn, however if you criticises an individual you will not only point it out for him/her, but you will keep the others on their toes.
  108.
  109.
  110. Why should we select you?
  111. I'm passionate about this game and I've always been, but i couldn’t play the game as I should have because when I used to live in Saudi Arabia I had the worst connections (since I used to live in a small city) and that made it impossible for me to raid and be in a guild ,
  112. Now that is changed, finally my circumstances allows me play and enjoy the game and give my 110%.
  113. Aside from that, I'm a player that tries to achieve the perfections, I keep reading about my class and the encounters, and as a guild member I try to help by putting in my opinion or a solutions for a problem.
  114.
  115.
  116. Why do you want to join Essence?
