  1. NOTES:
  2. THIS IS NOT A GAMEBANANA SKIN. I do NOT want this on Gamebanana for right now, and you do not have the privilege of putting it on Gamebanana, at least for now.
  3. If you still feel like you just HAVE to put it on Gamebanana, and you feel like you have a legitmate reason, PM me on Bsnooch or on Steam.
  4. You may put this on Bsnooch (with your own twist, of course), no questions asked, as long as you put the below credits.

  6. In summary, this is a CC Attribution(on Bsnooch)-NonCommerical 4.0 license.

  8. This uses a CSS rig. It is not rigged to HEV hands. It's a lore-friendly weapon that is meant for most mod-makers to use when they're using mostly CSS weapons.
  9. If I get enough requests to add a version for HEV hands, I will.
  10. This weapon may not fit too well compared to HL2 animations. This weapon has very smooth animations rather than the "hard" hitting ones of HL2.

  12. This weapon will eventually be ported to Firefight Reloaded.

  14. Requirements:
  15. SMOD40aq (or any SMOD MOD, if you know how to properly import it into another mod. I will help you port it to another SMOD, it's not very difficult.)
  16. CSS Hands Skin (Any CSS hand texture, or even the default CSS one, will do.)

  18. How to install:
  19. Step 1: Stick the contents of this folder into the top directory of your SMOD install.
  20. Step 2: Go into scripts, and rename weapon_custom_pulsemg into one of 30 custom weapons (as such: weapon_custom#, like weapon_custom30)
  21. Step 3: Go into "game_sounds_manifest" in your script folder and place this line on a new line with the quotes: "precache_file" "scripts/game_sounds_weapons_pulsemg.txt"

  23. At this point, the weapon is now installed and will work. To give yourself the weapon, go in console: give weapon_custom# where the # is the number you put in before.

  25. To have this be used in gameplay, you will need to see a weapon to either be overrided by the new custom weapon, or, spawned through mapadd.
  26. Look up tutorials on either override_class or mapadd (which is lua scripting)
