Host Resignation

Dear ,
I am sorry to see you go, but I am grateful that you have opted for a more definite decision than so often happens and the leave-taking becomes dragged out with everyone at a loss as to how to proceed. For that I thank you.
There are some organisational matters that I need to make you aware of.
1. Please advise me of any extraneous or host related characters on your account. I will arrange to have them removed. That way you won't be charged extra for these character slots if you do choose to keep a DR account. If you decide to stay premium, then these slots should be freed up for future playing.
2. upon exit you have 30 days from the official date of leaving ( INSERT DATE ) in which to clean out/use up your .award credits and golds (in the same manner that you would if you were still on staff). At the end of that 30 days, no further compensation will be granted. All remaining amounts due will then be converted to golds and paid off to the character of your choice (either coins in hand or placed into your PC's bank account) in full. Please note that this payoff will be made ONLY to a PC on the same account as your former GameHost character.
3. If you resign or are terminated from the Host program, your PC account access will immediately be dropped back to that of a normal player and any access to commands, the Host Message Boards, etc. will be removed. Your GameHost character and any NPCs/Wedding Coordinators, etc. on your account will also be retained by us as the property of Simutronics Corporation.
4. Also, please be sure you update your billing information from the main website in order to prevent any lapses in payment of your account.
Should you then wish to return to the GameHost program in the future, you will be eligible to make application via the website as per usual procedures no sooner than six (6) months after you leave staff.
If you have any questions or if you find that you won't be able to clear out the account before the 30 days is up, please write to me and we can negotiate something suitable to us both.
