Low% means finishing the game with as least items as possible. Or, in other words, skipping as many items as we can.
This means, we sometimes have to go out of our way in order to skip one item. Naturally, that is slower and thus, low% takes longer than any% (which means beat the game as fast as possible, no restrictions).

We play on the English version because this skips 4 Treasure Charts, which one would be forced to obtain on the Japanese version (as part of a Triforce Chart sidequest).

storage, do the rope game and obtain bombs.
- Superswim to the bottom part of the

Windfall quadrant and drown to reappear on

KoRL
- Sail to Dragon Roost Island

- Blow down the 200-rupee Chest using the

cannon on KoRL.
- Get Chest Storage
- Take damage at bomb flowers until 1/4
