- "Ivan Abadjiev is a school. It is simple - toil, discipline and persistence. That was a work model and a lifestyle"
- -Niam Suleymanoglu
- At some point this wont looks so messy. Maybe. Also later i'll put a bunch of summaries and laymens stuff here.
- Just some myths:
- 1. The backoff sets are what build strength when using the bulgarian method.
- No, maximal attempts are the most efficient way to build strength. I dont have any proof for this except for what Abadjiev says and first hand experience.
- 2. Abadjiev's lifters just used more drugs than everyone else.
- Suck a dick faggot.
- 3. You have to do drugs to survive or progress under Abadjiev's system
- Slight truth to this. But most people can thrive under his system easily, drugs or no drugs.
- Word of God(Abadjiev):
- Note: Supposedly, Abadjiev always has shitty translators. So what he does in practice is above what he says.

- ^Broz/Mende's training is so crude but my training often ends up very similar to it
- I decided to not have a program written by me here. Basically lift to maximum as often as possible but dont be a retard about it. Here and there do a few singles or doubles with 94% or do it after maxing. Do heavy dubs or trips after maxing.
- >powerlifting
- https://d.maxfile.ro/wvgwhchspf.jpg
- Things i've noticed:
- 1. It takes ~4 sessions to adapt to a new training stimulus
- 2. You make your best progress when you feel like you should take a break.
- 3. AM sessions help a lot
- 4. My technique looks the best when i'm maxing out often
- 5. Drink coffee before the afternoon sessions, do whatever you can to get the lift you're supposed to get.
- 6. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3JZ5ZaZ4fk8&list=PLF3C0113A0011FD0F&index=81
- In this video you can see that Abadjiev takes Hysen's laptop as motivation for making lifts. This allows him to reach higher performance and build more strength. Often people will bet on whether or not he will make a lift, putting him in a situation to get cash if he makes the lift, more motivation.
- 7. Squatting to a max twice in one session is good for you
