Why mind control?

Let Chester decide.  Why does Chester need mind control to make him feel lustful?  LOL   Can't Chester find a wife without mind control or lustful substances?  If Chester wanted viagara he would ask for it.  Everything that is being done is without his consent.

If Chester wanted to watch porn why does need mind control to do it?  Can't he do this of his own free will?
