  69. I believe it might be how I'm sending the $key in $headers. Maybe I need this send this differently? Like in content-body? Although I don't know how.

I'm EXTREMELY UPSET and WANT MY +REP BACK that was taken by these abusive people, and my thread re-opened as it isn't answered and everything needed to help me with my question was provided CLEARLY and with comments. I was CLEAR, AND PROVIDED my code. It works, just not 100% like my other (JAVASCRIPT) code which is irrelevant because it uses Javascript libraries not including PHP nor was it using CURL.

  305. We designed the Stack Exchange network engine to be mostly self-regulating, in that we amortize the overall moderation cost of the system across thousands of teeny-tiny slices of effort contributed by regular, everyday users. Specifically, per the reputation privileges:

  311. Users with 2,000 rep can edit any question or answer in the system.
