Operation: Break a Thief's Face
-Have Pact Beasts go out on their own to perform unique tasks and errands intended to look curious and meaningful as distractions. Each beast goes back into its disk afterwards to verify identity. Throughout this process, obfuscate the purchase of Dark Vision Goggles and Stealth Clothes for Nori.
-Occasionally swap appearances with Kyou to further obfuscate things, using makeup to cover up Nori's scars or to add them to Kyou.
-Skulk around the bars, markets, and alleys to listen in on any relevant chatter.
-Help cover anything Kyou or Isabella need to do to hopefully give them time for at least a lunch if not a dinner.
-If she sees anyone else sneaking around, she's basically just gonna do everything in her power to run them into a wall and figure out what's what after that.

If we're fortifying the house:
-Investigate the house to try to figure out what methods Draining Kiss may have used to infiltrate, as well as researching past break-ins for any patterns. Using this information, locate any other points of ingress likely to be taken advantage of, maybe addressing some just to cut down on his options without overtly pushing him into any particular method.
-Praecipita and Servus establish a perimeter, Raiya scouts on street level, Shikari scouts from above, Noriko slips between the harder to get places in between. Harsh Taskmaster training should establish rigid obedience and any deviation from established patrols without pre-planned callouts is considered cause for alarm. Intended for each mon to always be observed by at least one other.

If we're going mobile:
-Under no circumstance is Nori letting the skull's container out of her sight, ensuring physical coverage of it at all times and regular (if constant is not feasible) supervision of the integrity of that container. Doing everything in her power to set up shop in a corner or something so the only way to get to the skull is through her.
-Mons establishing a perimeter similar to above.
