[13:00] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 After successfully dispatching a band of trolls... I mean Raiders, the group continues on their way to escort lockbox the merchant to Gutterville. The rest of the trip is largely uneventful, with nothing bigger than a couple of radroaches so much as crossing the party.
[13:01] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 Around Midday, the party reaches the gates of Gutterville, which open for them. The slum of Gutterville is, in essence, a larger and slightly more populated version of Hovelhoof. Most ponies seem uninterested in the newcomers, and continue on about their business as usual.
06[13:04] * +Karina hangs out behind the brahmin as they walk, trying to avoid piles of dung whenever they plop down. As they stop in Gutterville, she just kinda hangs back, not wanting to get too close to the merchant or his merchandise.
06[13:05] * +SmartCookie trots up to Lockbox, poking him with a hoof and saying with a smile: "Didn't you forget something?"
06[13:06] * +Primer looks around as the wagon enters the slightly bigger hovel of dwellings. Well, this was sure worth the bother. Still, there might be something worth doing here. Primer looks at Kar and hopes that she hadn't seemed too forward.
06[13:06] * +Desert_Storm looks around at the citizenry of Gutterville and quickly makes several assumptions about the kind of ponies that lived there. "In hindsight, I liked the other city better. There was a lot less...feces everywhere."
[13:08] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 Lockbox grumbles; "Yeah, yeah." His horn glows as he floats a (literal) lockbox out of his merchandise pile and cracks it open. He counts out a total of 200 caps, places them in a small coinpurse, then drops it in front of you. He really doesn't look like he would hire you again
06[13:09] * +SmartCookie raises a brow at the merchant and then asks: "What about our new friend? She helped a little aswell, you must admit.", taking the coinpurse before the merchant can think twice.
06[13:10] * +Primer walks up to SmartCookie. "He seemed none too pleased with our performance." She whispers. "Don't go too far."
06[13:10] * +Keen_Shine rolls his eyes. You just can't please everypony, can you?
[13:10] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 The merchant looks cross; "I hired the four of you, and that's all. Not my fault the pegasus decided to follow along."

06[13:11] * +Desert_Storm doesn't need his money anyway.
06[13:12] * +SmartCookie just nods and then turns to the others. "So how do we do this, if ya'll want your regular share i'd be willing to share mine with Desert Storme here for her awesome shot.", he then says.
06[13:12] * +Karina starts to walk a little farther away from the group, looking at the buildings and trying to figure out what is inside them.
06[13:12] * +Desert_Storm looks to the buck. "Keep it."
06[13:13] * +Primer scratches her ragged ear. "The lady has spoken."
06[13:13] * +Keen_Shine decides to count out the caps to give for the split. Ten, twenty, thirty... He hmmphs a bit, and takes fourty caps out from the purse. "You need something to eat. We all do."
06[13:15] * +SmartCookie snickers at Desert Storm and says: "You heard Keen, I'd settle for that too.", taking 40 caps out of the purse aswell.
06[13:15] * +Karina gives a last glance at the little shacks and heads back to the group and stands next to Cookie. She whispers to him, "This place definitely isn't rust-proof. It looks a lot like Hovelhoof."
[13:15] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 As the group counts out their caps, Lockbox jumps down from his cart on the side opposite them. Anypony paying attention can see a pair of ponies approaching him. One is an orange coated unicorn stallion with a reddish mane whose cutie mark is three bottlecaps. Beside him is an earth pony mare wearing a pink and yellow striped dress
06[13:15] * +Primer accepts her share of fifty bottlecaps from Cookie. Bottle caps was bottlecaps. She was willing to share but Desert_Storm didn't seem like she was going to accept.
04[13:16] * +SmartCookie chuckles a little and says to Karina: "The more the marrier i guesse. They don't seem to be as grumpy at least."
06[13:17] * +Desert_Storm sighs. "Don't waste your caps on me. By the looks of this place, there isn't anything for me here. I bet nopony here even knows what a 5.56 looks like."
06[13:18] * +Keen_Shine rolls his hoof against some cracked pavement, then gives Primer a look whenever he takes the ten out. "Doesn't mean you didn't do the same work we did."
06[13:18] * +SmartCookie nods a Desert Storm and then takes the remaining 10 caps for his share. "But I insist on buying you a beer some time.", he tells her.
[13:19] <+Desert_Storm> 14 "I'll take you up on that, sometime."
06[13:20] * +Karina takes her share of 50 caps and stores them in her cloak's pockets. She then turns her head and looks at the ponies approaching the merchant.
06[13:21] * +Keen_Shine tosses his attention to the caravan goers for a moment. His stomach grumbled a bit, making sure he made a note to hit up the local watering hole.
[13:21] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 A voice calls out from the other side of Lockbox's cart; "You want to wet your whistle? Try Bottle's place. It's just down the street." The pony calling out is the orange unicorn. He has a coinpurse around his neck, as does the mare beside him. He also has a small wagon of bartering goods.
06[13:23] * +Keen_Shine 'huhs' and looks. Well, that was convienient.
06[13:25] * +Karina looks off towards what would be Bottle's place then trots around the backside of the two new ponies and looks in their carts from a slight distance.
06[13:26] * +Primer takes a close look at the contents of the cart, some cheap stuff to make deterrents could be useful.
04[13:27] * +Keen_Shine follows after Karina, giving a vacant look to the tavern. There was ten caps left in the coinpurse for Desert. She was either going to use them or somepony else would. But he would not be able to blame himself for not trying to be generous, damnit.
[13:27] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 The orange stallion turns to face the cloaked figure and Primer. "Sorry ladies, but I'm doing business with Lockbox here right now. If you'd like you can hit me up later at Cap's Consorotium."
06[13:28] * +Desert_Storm follows the bathrobed pony. Hey, if Cookie's buying.
04[13:28] * +SmartCookie pulls out a cig from his pack and lights it up with his lighter, he takes a savuring drag and then slowly exhales. He then trots over to Karina and Keen, hoping to buy some Shells for the newly aquired shotgun aswell.
[13:29] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 The orange stallion, apparently named Cap, adds; "It's right next door to Bottle's Place."
[13:30] <+Primer> "Fine." Primer mumbles, and wanters off to join the others.
06[13:31] * +SmartCookie nods and then asks the others: "How about we had there? Need some 12 gauge shells.", before taking another drag.

[13:32] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 Cap calls out once more; "I'm Cap by the way, and the shop's locked up until I get back. You can chill at Bottle's Place, maybe have a bite while you wait."
06[13:32] * +Keen_Shine shakes his head. "I need to be hydrated, drunk, fed, and with the prospect of a job. Sat still too much in Hovelhoof, stayed too put."
06[13:34] * +SmartCookie nods agains and then asks Cap: "How long do you think you'll be wandering around, letting your customer wait?", with a grin.
[13:34] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 Cap plays a contemplative hoof on his chin; "Shouldn't be more than half an hour. Plenty of time for you to grib a bite and a beer."
06[13:34] * +Karina looks at Cookie and shrugs. They would need ammo. They couldn't get it until the shop was unlocked. Might as well get something to drink while they waited. After a moment she turns and starts wandering in the direction fo the bar.
06[13:35] * +Primer joins Kar on her jurney to the bar.
06[13:35] * +Keen_Shine is really starting to wonder what the hell the relationship was between Bottle and Cap was.
04[13:36] * +SmartCookie nods again and then starts following Karina. While passing Storm he asks: "What about a beer now?"
[13:36] <+Desert_Storm> 14 "I'd like that."

[13:37] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 Bottle's Place is one of the slightly less delapidated buildings in Gutterville. Even in the middle of the day, the interior is populated by a few dozen figures, most of which look as downtrodden as ever

06[13:38] * +Keen_Shine looks at the caps and readjusts his robe uncomfortably. "Anyone else think it's kind of weird that bottlecaps are money now?" He mumbles to no one in particular.
[13:38] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 Behind the counter, which is still easily visible from the entrance, is an orange coated unicorn with a reddish mane floating a rag and polishing some glasses. If she weren't a mare, she'd be the spitting image of Cap.
06[13:39] * +Keen_Shine rolls his eyes. Oh. Of course. Blood relation. That's probably the reason.
06[13:40] * +SmartCookie trots over to the counter and asks the mare: "How much for a bottle of beer and sparkle-cola?", with the intent of passing the beer to Desert Storm.
06[13:40] * +Karina finds a quiet corner and looks for a seat, deciding to survey the occupants before figuring out how to get a drink and not draw their attention.
06[13:42] * +Primer walks up to the same corner Kar is occupying and asks: "Mind if I join you?"
06[13:42] * +Desert_Storm raises an eyebrow. Sparkle Cola?

06[13:42] * +Keen_Shine looks around, then takes a seat at the bar. "What's on the menu?"
[13:42] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 The unicorn mare sets down her glass and poishing glass; "Welcome to Bottle's," she proclaims. "Sparkle~Cola's 3 caps, Beer is 5."
06[13:43] * +Karina looks up at Primer and takes a minute to respond. "I suppose not. My company is not usually sought."

06[13:43] * +SmartCookie rummages in his saddlebags and pulls out 8 caps, hoofing them over to the barmare.
06[13:44] * +Keen_Shine deadpan stares. Oh. Bottle and Cap. Their parents must have thought for years about their names.
04[13:45] * +Primer sits down opposite to Karina and starts to survey the bar patrons. With all these drink ponies things could be oh so very easy. "I don't mind." She tells Kar. "And I do hope that you don't find me too forward."
[13:45] <+Primer> drunk**
[13:46] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 Bottle's horn glows, opening a fridge behind her. A bottle each of beer and Sparkle~Cola float out. She opens both and pockets the caps for herself, then takes the caps off the counter and slides the beverages over
[13:47] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 Bottle looks to Keen; "Well, if you're looking for anything fresh, I've got Squirrel and Radhog. Otherwise it's some pre-war, ultrate preserved food stuffs. Always thought it was funny that stuff could last so long."
04[13:47] * +SmartCookie looks to Storm and says: "Here ya go, Chief.", before taking his bottle, turning around and trotting towards Karina's and Primer's Table
06[13:48] * +Karina finally asks Primer the question that's been on her mind for most of the day. "How did you find me? Between the scene with the other three, I thought I had gotten away without being seen."
06[13:49] * +Desert_Storm follows Cookie and seats herself next to him. Taking a swig of the barely passable alcohol, she asks, "Not a drinker then, huh?"
06[13:49] * +Keen_Shine gags a bit at the prospect of eating meat. It just... Ugh. "What have you got that's not meat?"
06[13:49] * +Primer looks surprised. "Oh, I just picked the closest building to where you were the last time I saw you, guess I was just lucky."
04[13:50] * +SmartCookie shakes his head while sitting next to Karina. "Nah, just once in a while when ther's something to celebrate.", he says and then takes a swig of his cola.
06[13:50] * +Karina spies Desert Storm sitting down and make sure her hood is all the way forward.

[13:50] <+Desert_Storm> 14 "Is there ever anything to celebrate?"
[13:50] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 Bottle nods; "Welp, I've got some freeze dried mashed potatoes, cheesed noodles or Dandy Apple's Snack Apples."
06[13:52] * +Keen_Shine considers it for a moment. "Give me some of those cheesed noodles and a beer." Wasn't exactly a zucchini steak like he wanted, but you couldn't be picky now. "So. What's the word around town?"
06[13:53] * +SmartCookie snickers and says: "You know, having found something of value while scavanging, birthdays, weddings, things like that" He takes another swig and says: "What about you? Do you drink?"
[13:54] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 Bottle floats out the preserved Big Mac'N Cheese box, pours the contents into a bowl, then places it on a hotplate. She floats another beer out of the fridge and opens it. "That'll 13 caps please."
06[13:56] * +Desert_Storm sips the beer and forces it down, feeling each grain of Celectia-knows-what trickle down her throat. "Yeah, but this stuff reminded me of why I stopped drinking beer."
[13:56] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 Before she can answer your question, another patron of the bar calls for Bottle to 'put DJ on'. The unicorn mare's horn lights up and a radio behind her flares to life in the middle of a song by Sweetie-Belle. The radio is distroted by a static hissing
04[13:57] * +Primer looks around for a good looking mark, she soon spies two drunk guards who looks to be off duty. She gives Karina a glance and then gets up from her spot on the bench and takes a round about route towards the two marks keeping out of anyones view.
04[13:57] * +SmartCookie snickers a little and takes another swig, then gently nudging Karina and hoofing the bottle of sparkle-cola over to her.
06[13:58] * +Keen_Shine rolls out the caps, lost caps dancing in his head. Screw you, buggers. I need a decent freaking meal and beer that I didn't brew.
06[13:59] * +SmartCookie looks at the hissing radio and then asks the barmare from his place: "You need help with that? Maybe i can fix it up."
06[13:59] * +Karina smiles at Cookie, which he probably couldn't even see, and takes a drink of the cola. Well, that solved her first issue. She groans a bit as Primer gets up and heads away. That's not the way to -stop- getting treated like you're a thief...
[14:01] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 Bottle floats the now heated hundred and sixty year old Big Mac'n Cheese over to Keen. She glances at Cookie; "You're welcome to try, but even cap couldn't fix her up and he's been tryin' for a couple years now."
06[14:02] * +SmartCookie trots over to the bar. "Maybe somepony else can try to help with that.", he says, before troting behind the bare and taking a look at the radio.
06[14:03] * +Desert_Storm looks at the only other pony at the table. "So, what about you? Your'e... Kar, right? Is that short for something?"
06[14:03] * +Primer surruptishously round a little corner and sneaks up behind one guard, silently and carefully emptying a pocket of its contents before carefully melting back into the shadows, one seemed enough to keep in practice. She counts out fifteen caps and a frag gren behind a partition while smiling to herself.
06[14:05] * +Keen_Shine digs into the cheesy noodles. He isn't quite sure how to feel about them tasting the exactly same back in his day. Noodles. Noodles never change.
[14:06] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 After a few minutes of tinkering, Cookie makanges to find the problem with the radios wiring and bypass a section of frayed cables. The radio suddenly gets a lot louder and clearer, to the point that Bottle has to dial the volume down a bit
[14:07] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 "Well I'll be a donkey's auntie," Bottle proclaims; "Must be that earth pony ingenuity or something," she smirks.
06[14:07] * +Keen_Shine listens in on the radio, giving a smirk. Looks like Sweetie Belle came out with a new record.
06[14:08] * +SmartCookie nods at his suckes and says to Bottle: "Here ya go. What a bout a little treat or something?", with a smirk.
06[14:08] * +Karina isn't sure what to say to this new pony. She focuses on trying to not rhyme. "Yes. And no, that's the full name I possess." CRAP!
[14:08] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 The song by Sweetie Belle comes to an end, replaced by the voice of an energetic sounding buck that everypony is familiar with. "Good afternoon wastelanders; it's your host with the most: DJ P0N-3!"

[14:09] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 Bottle shrugs and floats out two more bottles of Sparkle~Cola, offering them to Cookie with the caps on. "I do appreciate it, but don't go thinkin' I'll turn soft over a little radio."
06[14:10] * +Desert_Storm raises an eyebrow, which you probably can't see anyway. That was a weird way of saying that. "Well, that's an interesting name sister. I take it you don't drink either then."
06[14:10] * +Keen_Shine is briefly very confused. I mean, she kept to herself but she didn't look like she sounded like... Oh. Right. Far flung future. Probably isn't her.
06[14:10] * +Primer arrives back at her old seat among the tree carefully not meeting Karinas gaze and pretending to be engrossed in the sound from the radio.
[14:11] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 The buck on the radio lists off a few bits of minor news, but ends on this note: "Also, to anypony in Manehattan, I'd advise steering clear of the Bucklyn area for a little while. Those ironclad brutes that call themselves the Steel Rangers have been congregating more than usual lately."
06[14:11] * +SmartCookie snickers and takes the bottles, heading back to the table. After sitting back down he pulls out a screwdriver out of his saddle bag, and opens both, taking the caps for himself. He then hooves one over to Primer and takes himself a swig from the freshly opened one.
[14:13] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 "Last time something there were this many around was about forty years ago when the first settled in. I'd steer clear until their little pow-wow comes to and end. And now, the weather! Cloudy with a 100% chance of suck. Here's some Sapphire shore to maybe reduce that chance for us."
06[14:13] * +Primer accepts the bottle and flips a pair of caps in SmartCookies direction, she could afford to spend a bit on such nice service.
06[14:14] * +Karina shakes her head before Primer sits down and says, focusing even harder on not rhyming. "Nothing... more than cola..." SUCCESS!
06[14:15] * +Karina breathes a short sigh of relief as Cookie and Primer return to their seats.
06[14:15] * +SmartCookie nods and takes both, putting them to the others in his saddlebag. He then takes another swig of his cola and gently taps a hoof at this bottle.
04[14:16] * +Primer gives Karina and Desert_Storm an odd look, what's all this then? She wasnt entierly up to date with what had happened between the two, Kar especially seemed strained.
06[14:16] * +Desert_Storm nods. "Fair enough. You in the habit of not looking at ponies when you talk to them?"
[14:16] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 As the group sits and enjoys their food and drink, the door swings open to admit Cap, the wagon he had earlier laden with a different variety of goods and a slightly heavier coinpurse around his neck. His ears perk up as he trots the bar; "Since when does that radio sound so good?"
06[14:18] * +Karina freezes. Look at him and show her face, or not look at him and risk pissing him off...
06[14:18] * +SmartCookie snickers a little but stays otherwise silent with a big grin on his face. Such a sattisfying feeling to have bested the adversary in that repair.
06[14:18] * +Keen_Shine starts nursing his beer, while taking a trip through memory lane. "Afternoon, Cap. What's the news around town?"
[14:19] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 Bottle smirks; "Since a pony without a horn checked it out," she retorts, gesturing to SmartCookie. "Never understood how they could be so deft without magic. Must be an earth pony thing." She smiles

[14:21] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 Cap looks back and forth between Cookie and Bottle for a few moments; "Well I'll be." He trots over to the part. "Well, you can colour me impressed. I've been trying to fix that old thing for years."

06[14:23] * +Desert_Storm is taken by Primer's question, but, what they hey, she was kind of cute. "I don't see why not."
06[14:23] * +Karina breathes a larger sigh of relief as Primer speaks up and takes the focus off of her. She hadn't intended to reveal herself to Primer and Keen after the fight, and she didn't intend to reveal herself to Storm either.
04[14:24] * +SmartCookie snickers a little and says: "The devil's in the detail.", taking another swig before looking to Karina and slightly raising a brow.
[14:27] <+Primer> Cant spell my own name, this does not bode well.
06[14:28] * +Desert_Storm stands up and once again strikes a regal pose, flaring her wings out as far as they could.
06[14:28] * +Karina glances back and forth and decides it's time to get out of the situation entirely. She takes a quick drink of the cola Cookie gave her and gets up, walking around the table behind Primer. She whispers as she passes, "Thank you. I wasn't sure what to do." She quickly begins to blend in with what little crowd there is.

06[14:33] * +SmartCookie looks back at Cap and ask: "There was some fried cables, i guesse you didn't notice them?"
[14:33] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 Cap shrugs; "Guess not. however, considering your rather evident proficientcy, perhaps there's something else you could help me with."
06[14:34] * +SmartCookie slightly raises a brow agains than asks with a trace of enthusiasme: "What would that be?"
[14:34] <+Desert_Storm> "Pretty? That's it? Please! You should be in awe! Jaw-to-the-floor rapturous elightenment! There isn't a thing in the world more beautiful than pegasus wings! You mud ponies wouldn't know beauty if it smacked you across the muzzle."
06[14:35] * +Keen_Shine can't help but pull facehoof.
06[14:35] * +Karina weaves in and out of tables, ending up across from Bottle. She hesitates for a second then speaks up. "Earlier I borrowed a Sparkle~Cola for free... What would be the price for three?"
06[14:36] * +SmartCookie gives a quick glance at Desert_Storm with narrowed eyes at her choice of words, before looking back to Cap.
[14:36] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 Cap raises an eyebrow and smirk; "Come by Cap's Consortium once you're finished and I'll show you. You said you wanted to take care of some business anyways, if I recall correctly." Cap then trots back up the the bar, mutters a few things to Bottle, then departs, heading next door
06[14:36] * +Keen_Shine can't help but pull a facehoof at Desert. Dear lord, it was the Gala all over again.
06[14:36] * +Primer blanches a bit. "Sorry, not usually one for words when I'm not bartering for stuff."
06[14:37] * +Karina winces a bit as the exclamations can be heard across the bar.
04[14:37] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 Bottle sees her twin brother off, then faces Karina; "Nine Caps please," she says warmly. She nods her head to the music of the radio, looking pleased
06[14:38] * +Karina digs out the caps and places them on the counter.
06[14:38] * +Desert_Storm sighs. Earth ponies... "That's...understandable. I shouldn't have expected as much from a...pony...like yourself."
[14:39] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 Bottle floats out three more bottles of Sparkle~Cola, cap on. She presumes you're looking to take them to go
06[14:40] * +Primer looks down on the floor, nursing her bottle. Her outburst had been a bit harsh. Mud pony... "It's okay." She mumbles, taking a sip.
06[14:40] * +Karina nods at Bottle and puts away her colas before turning around and trotting back to the group's table.
06[14:41] * +SmartCookie takes a swig of his bottle and looks back to Storms saying: "Wings are not too common around here, but there are other things of beauty around her. Music, Poetry, a nice conversation with a friend..."
[14:41] <+SmartCookie> (cut the first around here, would ya XD)
06[14:42] * +Keen_Shine can't help but be a bit angry watching Desert. It might've been the beer. "Hey, back off the pony. Wings aren't that special where I'm from."
06[14:43] * +Desert_Storm sits down again, losing herself in the glass of grog and folding her wings back. She looks at Keen in surprise.
06[14:45] * +Keen_Shine finishes off his beer. Yeah, this is why they say I'm crazy, but you have to draw your lines somewhere.
06[14:46] * +SmartCookie looks at Keen aswell, giving a small nod. He couldn't really tell if his story was real, but what he tended to tell around Hovelhoof sounded plausible and if it was true, he would be telling it like it was for him.
[14:46] <+Desert_Storm> "Where are you from then?"

06[14:48] * +Keen_Shine coughs. Oh. Right. I should've expected that question. "Baltimare." He said, scratching the back of his neck. Hey, she said where, not when. "Let's get going."
[14:48] <+Primer> "Yeah." Primer says hurriedly. "Let's"
06[14:49] * +SmartCookie emptys his bottle and then says: "How about checking out that store of Cap's?"
06[14:49] * +Primer nods.
06[14:49] * +Keen_Shine nods as well. Yeah. Sure. Anywhere but here.
06[14:50] * +SmartCookie trots ahead towards the exit of the tavern and then into Cap's place.
06[14:50] * +Desert_Storm follows him.
06[14:51] * +Karina stands back up and follows the group at a small distance.
[14:52] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 Cap's Consortium is mainly a consortium of miscellaneous odds and ends, although he might be keeping the more valuable or dangerous goods locked away in the room that is behind a locked door behind the counter. As you eneter, Cap looks up from a workbench on the opposite side, having apparently just been welding something
[14:54] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 Cap folds up his welding mask and approaches the party, smiling boradly. "Welcome, welcome. Feel free to look around. If you can't find what you're looking for, just ask."

06[15:07] * +SmartCookie walks up to the robot none the less and starts examining the robot. After a while he says: "You're buddy there is missing a spellmatrix and some Spark Batteries. No wonder he wouldn't work."
06[15:07] * +Karina grimaces. Why was the winged one accepting the apology and not giving it?
06[15:08] * +Primer turns back to her browsing, nodding a bit. Okay, that went okay... she thinks. Oooh, 9mm ammo, and she could affort to spend on it too.
[15:09] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 Cap looks dully impressed; "A mechanist and a scientist, hard to find somepony like that around here, let me tell you."
06[15:11] * +SmartCookie snickers a bit and says: "I ain't got a terminalprompt for a cutiemark for nothing... And while we're at it. You'll probably have to bring your terminal back here, as you probably will want to reprogramm the bot, you know for not getting your rump fried by lasers and such.
[15:12] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 Cap nods; "Yes, I know full well what he's missing." Cap gestures to a small pile of fried, broken or otherwise unsalvageable spell matricies. "Nopony has been able to bring me one that's in anything even resembling working condition. I could reprogram one to suit my needs if I had one that worked."

[15:14] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 Cap looks quizzical; "You'd actually go out and look for one? I've just been hoping some merchant or scavenger would come along with one I could salvage."
06[15:15] * +Keen_Shine rolls his eyes. "Oh come on. What are the odds that there's a robot factory or anything like that nearby?"
06[15:16] * +SmartCookie nods and says: "I've been scavanging most of my life. If you find one, we'll probably bring it back. You don't know some robot factory around do you?"
[15:18] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 Cap leaves the back room, motioning for Cookie to follow as he trots up to a terminal on the frount counter. He boots it up and pulls up a map of the area. "In fact, there are two possible locations that might have some functional spell matricies. Hopefully at least one."

06[15:19] * +SmartCookie follows and looks at the map aswell. "You don't have a map by any chance?"
06[15:19] * +Karina glances warily at the pony in the bathrobe acting very strangely...
[15:21] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 Cap points out two locations on the map on his terminal. "There's an Equestria Robotics Factory, and a Stable-Tec Outlet. The Robotics factory has a better chance of having something, but I doubt the security around there would be too friendly."
06[15:21] * +Primer picks up thirty 9mm rounds and carries them to the counter, patiently waiting for Cap to finish his dealings with Cookie.
[15:22] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 Cap points to the other location; "The Stable-Tec is just a small outlet store. Less chance of actually finding something, but probably no security to worry about. Only thing nearby is an abandoned hospital full of feral ghouls. I'd avoid that one."
[15:23] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 Cap looks to Cookie; "I would be willing to pay handsomely if you could procure the implements I need of course, but there's a reason I've never gone and done it myself. Even with Bottle."
06[15:24] * +SmartCookie nods and says: "Hit me."
06[15:24] * +Keen_Shine considers the map. "Why bother going to just the one. I suggest we swing by the Stable-Tec outlet store, loot what we can, then go to the other one if we haven't found what we're looking for already."
06[15:25] * +Karina stays quiet as scavenging is probably something Cookie knows more about than she does.
[15:27] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 Cap displays the locations of the two buildings on his map relative to Gutterville. The Stable-Tec Outlet is maybe an hour's trot away, with the Hospital being two blocks away. The Equestrian Robotics Factory looks like it would takea couple hours to reach on hoof, but is much larger.

06[15:31] * +Karina walks over towards the counter and nods at Keen. "Despite his being crazy, I think he's right."
[15:31] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 Cap nods to the group; "Like I said, I'll pay handsomely if you can bring me what I need, and you're welcome to keep anything else you find, but it'll be dangerous. Not making any promises about the conditions you'll find."
06[15:31] * +SmartCookie nods again and says: "We gonna look into it." He then turns to the group and asks: "You heard the man! Ghoulfest, Crazy Robots or the outlet?"
06[15:32] * +Primer says after having listened to Keen; "I think keen has the right idea, start at the closest place then move on if we dont find what we need."
06[15:33] * +SmartCookie nods and says: "Works with me. Then let's get going?"
06[15:33] * +Keen_Shine sighs a bit. He'd wished that she'd forgotten already. "I don't think we're going to find what we're looking for in the hospital." He shifts a bit, uncomfortably. "Though we might find some healing potions which will make my job easier later on."
06[15:34] * +Keen_Shine leads out of the building, giving Cap a absent-minded wave.
06[15:34] * +SmartCookie follows Keen and says: "We can see about that after poking around the store."
06[15:35] * +Primer pays for her bullets and follows the others.
[15:35] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 Cap waves back; "Well then, good luck. I'll be rootin' for ya." He then proceeds to cover any transactions the group wanted to take care of before they departed.

06[15:36] * +Karina hands over the caps for her massive .22 ammo buy-out and then slinks out the door.

06[15:45] * +Keen_Shine waves his hoof. "I was born in Baltimare. Raised in Manehattan. And I just looted the security armor and pistol from some schmuck from where I woke up in." Here came the fun part. "I don't think I'm insane. I just woke up around 160 years too late and now everything's all... Broken."
06[15:47] * +Keen_Shine rolls his eyes. "Also, the bees buzzed, the sun shone, and my mother drank milk that rained down from cotton candy clouds that came from a deity of disharmony. What's to know?"
[15:47] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 As Keen and Desert discuss Keen's origins, the group moves to depart from GUtterville. On their way out they can see Lockbox's wagon getting ready to depart. As they pass in front of Bottle's Place, an earth pony mare in a yellow and white striped nurses dress steps out and attempts to get their attention. She is the same mare who was with Cap earlier talking to Lockbox
06[15:48] * +Primer taps SmartCookies shoulder. "I think she want's something."
06[15:49] * +Keen_Shine spots her and pauses expectantly. "What is it?"
06[15:50] * +SmartCookie looks Primer and asks: "Since when am i the leader?", before  looking back at the mare  and Keen.
06[15:51] * +Keen_Shine looks back. "Ever since you became the guy that wants to talk to people." He grumbled, realizing the irony.
[15:52] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 The mare smiles at you, although it looks a little force; "Hello, I'm Gardenia. I was talking with Bottle and she said you're the ones who helped fix her radio and you seem like really nice ponies and I was wondering if maybe you'd help me with something too." The mare's words roll out remarkably quickly, as though she thinks she'll forget what to say if she doesn't do it quickly
06[15:52] * +Karina raises an eyebrow at the mare and takes a few steps out to the side.
06[15:53] * +Keen_Shine is slightly blown aback. "Let me guess. Medical supplies from the hospital down the way.
06[15:53] * +SmartCookie sighs a little and then asks: "What do you need help with?"
[15:53] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 Gardenia looks surprised at Keen; "Um, yes. How did you know?"
06[15:53] * +SmartCookie snickers and says: "Your dress."
[15:55] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 Gardenia looks abashed; "Oh right, those colours. Anyways, yes. I was supposed to get a shipment of medical supplies from another caravan earlier today, but they never showed up. Bad things happen to caravans all the time here in Manehattan."
06[15:56] * +SmartCookie nods and says: "We'll see about that. But keep in mind that we need a few supplies ourselves."
06[15:56] * +Keen_Shine rolls his eyes. Because we learned that there was a hospital down the way from our last pony who wanted us to do something. Fate had a weird way of doing that for him.
[15:57] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 Gardenia smiles hopefully; "Well, it's a large hospital, and nopony goes there. They say it's haunted. But if you're brave enough to be acting as guard, and are going that way, and it wouldn't be too much trouble..."

[16:01] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 Gardenia shakes her head; "No, but you're welcome to keep some for yourselves of course. You are putting yourselves in danger after all. Maybe, also, if you don't have anywhere else to stay, my clinic has a few extra cots if you need to stay somewhere while in town."
[16:01] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 Gardenia looks to Keen; "Not right now, but I don't have any supplies at all. If something did happen, it would be bad!"

[16:08] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 The party departs from Gutterville and heads south towards the Stable-Tec outlet and abandoned hospital. At a decent trot, you manage to reach the area that the Stable-Tec outlet is in a little under an hour. Further down, you can see the large, faded yellow building with a massive butterfly-cross emblem in pink on the front.
06[16:13] * +SmartCookie spys towards hospital and then says: "There are a few ghouls out there..."
06[16:14] * +Keen_Shine sighs. Wonderful. "Let's get in the Stable-Tec store. Quietly."
06[16:14] * +Primer looks around; "Huh? Where?"
06[16:14] * +Karina spies the ghouls and immediately goes into "don't get spotted" mode. She starts heading towards the Stable-Tec outlet.
04[16:14] * +SmartCookie follows Karina as silently as he can.
06[16:16] * +Primer sneaky sneaks forwards.
06[16:18] * +Keen_Shine does a little roll behind a wagon when they look towards the party. Okay, if we just-
06[16:19] * +Keen_Shine hears a cracking sound, and then his ears flatten up against his head. Luna damnit, Desert.
06[16:19] * +SmartCookie reaches the wagon aswell, without attracting the ghouls attention
06[16:20] * +Desert_Storm falls flat on her face. No brushing off this one. She felt something fall out of her barding, but it probably was just her pride.
06[16:20] * +Keen_Shine starts trying to gesture that she should probably start flying quite frantically.
06[16:21] * +Karina facehoofs.
[16:21] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 The ghouls hear the smacking sound of Deserts fall and turn their attention down the street. They begin to shamble warily forward, apparently only able to tell where the sound came from at this distance
06[16:21] * +Primer scrambles quietly behind some cover, nice goind Desert.
06[16:22] * +SmartCookie shakes his head and says quietly: "Let's get into the store and see about them later."
06[16:22] * +Karina gets up and crouch-runs to and through the door of the store.

04[16:22] * +Primer hurries after Karina.
06[16:23] * +Desert_Storm quickly gathers herself, avoiding all the glances from her comrades. And hauls flank into the store.
06[16:23] * +Keen_Shine facehoofs, then draws his pistol and silently walks in.
[16:24] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 The ghouls, noticing the hint of movement, begin to move a bit quicker, but do not yet break into a full gallop. The Stable-tec outlet door is off its hinges, and the windows are shattered. There is a workbench on the far end of the room behind the counter, as well as a door to a storage area. There is a cash register on the counter
06[16:25] * +Keen_Shine frantically lets his head swing around. Counter. Counter! "Counter!" He whispers, making his way over to possibly hide behind it.
[16:27] <+Primer> "Get behind the counter everyo..pony! I'm going to drop a mine outside the door." Primer moves to the door and starts to dig inside her pack.
06[16:28] * +SmartCookie goes to check the door to storage.
06[16:28] * +Karina jumps behind the counter and curls up.
06[16:29] * +SmartCookie finds that the storage room is locked and hads back to the counter, drawing his sawed-off.
06[16:29] * +Desert_Storm ducks behind the counter as well, placing her rifel on the counter, pointed out the window.

06[16:30] * +Primer digs out a gray metal disc and swiftly checks it, then she slams the button on it and tosses the disc a few hooflenghts outside and runs for all she's worth to the counter.
04[16:30] * +Keen_Shine slides over the counter, landing a bit too close to Karina for his comfort. He blushes, then sticks the magi-pistol in his mouth and waits for the fireworks.
06[16:31] * +Primer dives over the counter and rolls, finally thumpong against the far wall.
[16:32] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 As the ghouls reach the Stable-Tec outlet, one of them steps on the mine, which explodes violently, trashing what remained of the door and window frames. Four of the ghouls are torn apart bloodily
06[16:33] * +Primer is temporarily blinded by the boom. Should have paid attention girl.
[16:34] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 After the explosion, you hear an inequine roar as a single ghoul, peppered with shrapnel, staggers into the store
06[16:36] * +SmartCookie takes an aimed shot at the last of the ghouls and pulls both triggers with his tongue.
[16:41] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 The ghoul is blown meatily apart by a potent blast of buckshot, it's upper torso, head and legs completely eviscerated.
06[16:42] * +Karina flinces at the loud sound but smiles as she hears the meat splattering against the wall. She looks up at Cookie. "I told you that gun would be fun."

06[16:42] * +SmartCookie reloads the Shotgun and then puts it back into his saddlebags. "This packed quite a punch...", he says while wiping of some ghoul-gibblets of his face.
06[16:43] * +Keen_Shine peeks up after the horrible loud noises stop, catching the view of the meaty chunks left behind after they died and going quite pale. "Oh. Well. Ew."
06[16:43] * +Primer looks up at Cookie. "Didn't beat my boom."
06[16:44] * +Keen_Shine is eager to change the subject. "Hey. Look. There's a safe here." He says, pulling back the floorboards.
06[16:44] * +SmartCookie snickers and nods. "So does anyone of you know how to pick a lock?",he asks before he procedes to the bathroom of the store, to check whats in it.
06[16:44] * +Desert_Storm looks at the glob of flesh where the ghoul had stood, then to the doorway where the remains of the other ghouls were strewn about the entrance. "That was pretty... horryfying.""
06[16:45] * +Karina ignores the others and goes for the register on the counter.
06[16:45] * +SmartCookie throws back at her: "What was that about shock and awe a little while back?"
06[16:45] * +Keen_Shine gives a dirty look to Smart. "Hey. Easy. She tripped. Could've happened to anypony."
06[16:46] * +Primer checks her stores of explosives, four grenades and a mine left, so far so good. "Just a normal day in the wasteland." She says to Desert_Storm.
06[16:47] * +SmartCookie checks the grabage bin in the bathroom.
06[16:47] * +Primer wanders over and starts to prod the corpses with a stick fro loot.
06[16:47] * +Desert_Storm grins at Cookie. "To be fair, you practically jammed that thing down it's throat." she calls from the room as she starts picking through the store.
06[16:48] * +Keen_Shine grumps a bit. "Let's get off the topic of how we just horribly mutilated those corpses, okay?" He decides to go checking the shelves for anything that looked like what they were after.
06[16:49] * +SmartCookie finds a bobbypin and returns to the main room. "Sooooo? Does anyone of ya'll know how to pick a lock?"

06[16:50] * +Primer scrapes vicera off of five caps and pulls a bobby pin from a bit of intestine, could have been worse

06[16:55] * +SmartCookie takes both and then turns around. "Anybody got a bobbypin? Maybe i can get door open."
06[16:56] * +Primer waves a hoof. "I found one."
06[16:56] * +Karina picks her way between blood and guts as she crosses the room to Cookie.
06[16:57] * +SmartCookie looks at primer and asks: "Mind if I lend it for a bit? Wanna see if i can get that door open."
06[16:57] * +Primer tosses it over to SmartCookie.
06[16:58] * +SmartCookie catches it and get's to the door. He pulls out his screwdriver and attempts picking the lock.
[16:59] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 With a click, the lock submits. It didn't feel all that difficult. The door swings open, revealing a room of storage shelves
06[16:59] * +SmartCookie pushes open the door and takes a looke inside. Maybe there is something interessting there.
06[16:59] * +Primer woops and pats cookie on the back after walking over. "Good job."
06[17:00] * +Keen_Shine looks over and nods appreciatively at Smart. Cookie can be useful every once and a while.
06[17:00] * +Karina smiles and nudges Cookie.
04[17:01] * +SmartCookie gives Karina another quick nuzzle on the cheek through her hood.
06[17:01] * +Desert_Storm sits down and cleans her rifle scope with a cloth. She never was one for looting and plundering. "You guys find something?"
06[17:02] * +SmartCookie looks around and says: "I think we just broke the jackpot..."
06[17:02] * +Karina enters the room and picks up the first thing she sees. She holds it up for somepony who knows what they're looking at to identify.
06[17:02] * +Primer looks up. "I think Smart Cookie found something on the bench, I only found five bottlecaps and a bobby pin."
06[17:03] * +Keen_Shine looks at Primer and then the bench. "Really? What was it?"
04[17:05] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 All in all, the storage shelves contain a small magical energy pistol that looks to be in rough shape, a single spark battery that Karina picked up, Sparkle-Pak ammo for the pistol, and two completely intact modular spell matricies
06[17:05] * +SmartCookie walks over to the spell matricies and the picks them up, not quite noticing Keen's and Primer dialogue.
[17:05] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 It is safe to assume that the beam pistol was there as a defense weapon for the store
06[17:06] * +Keen_Shine takes a look inside the storage room. "What did you all find in here?"
06[17:06] * +Karina looks around and, finding that she can't identify anything at all in the room, sets the spark battery down next to whatever it was Cookie was looking at. She exits the room and goes to look out the store's broken windows.

06[17:08] * +Primer jumps up and down. "Okay, lets see what we got." She puts her five caps on the counter, then waits for the rest.
06[17:10] * +SmartCookie says: "I got two Spell Matricies and a Spark battery. And i found this on the Workbench." He then procedes to pull out the battered arcanotechdevice he looted.
06[17:10] * +SmartCookie says: "I also found a book and a pack of smokes, but... yeah."
06[17:11] * +Desert_Storm jons them at the counter, examining the arcanotech.
06[17:11] * +Keen_Shine smiles when they brought out the energy pistol, and immediately notices there was something on the lens. No big deal.
06[17:11] * +Primer prods the device. "What is this?"
[17:13] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 The arcano-tec device is a PipBuck model 3000! However, the frame is beat up, and Cookie notices that both the internal spell matrix and storage unit are missing
06[17:14] * +Keen_Shine scratches his mane. "Looks familiar, but I don't remember quite what it is."
06[17:14] * +SmartCookie scritches his chin and says: "I think that's a Pipbuck... But in quite bad shape... I think i'll try to fix it up later on, but i think we should be heading to the hospital next."
06[17:14] * +Primer ooohs at the strange thing.
06[17:15] * +SmartCookie snickers. "Good thing we found have found two Spell matricies, though.", he adds after putting the battered pipbuck back into his saddlebag.
06[17:16] * +Keen_Shine looks at it oddly. "You sure? I guess it could be, but it looks more like something FlashCo made."
[17:16] <+Primer> "Thing you can get it to work?" Primer eyes the workbench.
06[17:17] * +Keen_Shine shrugs. "Maybe? I don't know. Me and Cookie would have to take a look at it."
06[17:17] * +SmartCookie nods and says: "Yeah i think so, to bad the storage unite misses too, but i pretty shure that's a pipbuck." Then he looks to the others. "So? What about a little zombie killing, my friends?", he then asks with a snicker.
06[17:19] * +Desert_Storm nods. She's always down for a little gross expendature of her ammo.
06[17:19] * +SmartCookie then asks: "Did anybody check the floorsafe?
06[17:20] * +Karina glances at Cookie then at the workbench. "Why not try to fix it even just for kicks?"
06[17:20] * +Keen_Shine shakes his head at that. "I don
[17:20] <+Keen_Shine> 't know how to pick locks. I can give booting that thing up a go."
06[17:21] * +Primer looks at Cookie. "Open the safe?"
06[17:22] * +SmartCookie gives Keen the battered pipbuck and then proceeds in picking the floorsafe.
06[17:22] * +Keen_Shine shrugs and gets to work trying to jury-rig this thing back to life.
[17:22] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 The safe lock proves trickier than the rear door, and Cookie breaks his bobby pin in the attempt
06[17:23] * +Karina sighs and goes back to looking out the window for anything that might come by.
06[17:23] * +SmartCookie shakes his head and hisses: "Shoot..." Then he trots over to Keen to see what he managed to do
06[17:23] * +Keen_Shine is busily at work and accidentally zaps his own hoof. "Fuck!" He says, waving his hoof.
06[17:24] * +SmartCookie raises a brow at him and asks: "Can i have a look at it now?"
06[17:24] * +Primer walks over to the empty window frames, looking out wearily.
06[17:25] * +Karina glances at Primer. "Um..."
06[17:25] * +Keen_Shine kisses the part that got zapped. "Yeah, go ahead. I got it open for you." This wasn't fair. He was from the old world, it was from the old world. They were supposed to get along.
06[17:25] * +Primer looks up at Kar. "Yeah?"
06[17:26] * +SmartCookie trots to the bench and starts poking at the pipbucks interns.
06[17:27] * +Karina opens her mouth but can't think of a proper thanks. She just sighs, shakes her head, then resumes looking out the windows.
[17:27] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 As Cookie successfully installs the arcano-tec spell matrix into the device and touches up the frame, it hums to life. The screen flashes with a host of error messages.
[17:27] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 "Storage Unit not detected. Auto-Map, Data-Storage, Radio, Inventory Assist Spell and Repair Assist Spell unavailable"
06[17:28] * +Keen_Shine looks over Cookie's shoulder. "Meaning right now it's jewelry. Great."
06[17:29] * +SmartCookie checks the errors and says to Keen: "Well it didn't say the SATS isn't working."
06[17:31] * +Keen_Shine rolls his eyes. "It's just a bit of pre-war junk." He said, lying. He'd always wanted one of those. "You found it and fixed it. It's yours if you want it."
06[17:31] * +Karina walks back over to Cookie and Keen. "So now that you're through, what does it do?"

04[17:35] * +SmartCookie puts it on and then turns to Karina. "Works now, but many of the none-vital functions don't work right now. I'll have to install a storage module."
06[17:37] * +SmartCookie looks around. "What about killing zombs right now?", he then asks.
06[17:37] * +Primer looks up. "Anypony want to spell me off here?" Seems like the geek got the device, seems fair anyway, he got it working.
06[17:38] * +Karina 'hmms' and turns back towards the door nodding at Cookie as she walked away.

06[17:39] * +SmartCookie after seeing the same alerts the pipbuck listed earlier it turns into a compass, on which are a few friendlys marked as well as a few hostiles from the hospitals direction.
06[17:40] * +SmartCookie snickers and says: "I spy with my little EFS-eye four hostiles in the hospitals direction."
06[17:40] * +Primer looks out again in bewilderment. "Huh? I dont..."
06[17:41] * +SmartCookie trots over to the window and looks out.
06[17:41] * +Desert_Storm primes her rifle and moves to the window too. "Shall we?"
[17:43] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 There are four additional ghoul ponies milling about the street close to the hospital, possibly drawn out by the noise from eariler
06[17:43] * +Karina sighs, stretches out her legs, then peeks her head out the doorway. She starts heading up the road towards the hospital.
04[17:44] * +SmartCookie follows Karina and draws his varmint rifle.
04[17:44] * +Primer follows Karina warily. Cursing the daylight, she hated being about during the day, cant see shit.
06[17:45] * +Keen_Shine waves them on a bit. "I'll catch up. I've got to go into the restroom." He says, heading into the bathroom, then walking swiftly back to rejoin the party after too soon.
06[17:45] * +Desert_Storm hangs back a little, setting her sights on one of the ghouls from afar, waiting for her sneakier friends to give the all clear.
06[17:46] * +Karina looks back at Storm and heads off to the side of the road and finds a nice little place to hide.
06[17:46] * +SmartCookie heads for the wagon they had searched cover behind earlier. He props up the rifle on the wagon to steady it and aim's in the general direction of the ghouls.
06[17:47] * +Karina finds a nice spot to stay hidden about 30 feet down the road towards the hospital from the outlet.
06[17:48] * +Primer stops when she sees what Smart is doing. Oh really? She sighs and pulls out her 9mm, and takes cover away from Cookie and his rifle.
06[17:48] * +Karina pulls out her .22 and waits for the shooting to start.
06[17:48] * +Desert_Storm 's aim hovers over the rotting pony closest to the door. Taking careful aim, she fires a single shot.
04[17:48] * +Primer settles down next to Karina.
06[17:51] * +SmartCookie fires an aimed shot at the next ghoul and chambers the next round.
[17:52] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 The crack of Desert's rifle is loud, but rewarding as one of the ghouls has its head blown clean off. The headless torso slumps to the ground in a heap as the other ghouls start to take notice
[17:54] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 Before the other ghouls fully realize what happened, Cookie's rifle sounds off a shot that tears the left front eg clean off another of the ghoul, which collapses screaming as it bleeds out an ichorous black substance from the gaping wound. The scream fades as it perishes
[17:55] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 Enraged, the two remain ghouls let out a shriekd and begin running down the street at a gallop
06[18:02] * +SmartCookie takes another aimed shot at the next ghoul, after having succesfully chambered the next round.
04[18:04] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 The ghoul on Karina's side of the road stagges, a bloodu hole torn through its shoulder
04[18:06] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 The staggered ghoul sees Karina hunker at the side of the road and lets out a rugged growling
06[18:06] * +Karina prepares as the ghouls stormed down the street. As the ghoul Cookie shot staggers, she gets up and takes aim at it.
04[18:09] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 The first ghoul's roar is cut off by a quiet 'pfft' as Karina shoots it point blank in the face. Still galloping, it tumbles to a stop beside her
06[18:09] * +Karina quickly shifts her target tot he other ghoul and once again takes aim.
04[18:13] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 With another pair of quiet 'pffts', Karina deftly plants two shots into the brain of the other ghoul, dropping it cold.
06[18:15] * +Karina snorts as she puts her .22 back away in her cloak.
06[18:15] * +SmartCookie gets up from his firing position and refills the Varmint rifle, before strapping it back to his back. He then walks up the street towards the corpses.
06[18:17] * +Desert_Storm lowers her rifle and rejoins the group. She slaps the hooded pistolero on the back. "Nice shot." She proceeds to loot the ghoul she beheaded.
06[18:17] * +SmartCookie starts to search the first ghoul he arives at.
06[18:17] * +Primer draws a sigh of relief.
06[18:18] * +Karina lets out an 'oof' as she is congratulated.
06[18:18] * +Desert_Storm hoof the bobby pin she collected from the zombie pony's ribcage to Cookie. He'll need this more than she would.
06[18:18] * +Primer follows the pins arc in the air. "We can give the safe another go."
06[18:21] * +SmartCookie takes them with a thanking nod and says: "Yeah, but mabye we need them more for the hospital.", before finding one cap and tossing it in the middle of the group of zombies.

06[18:22] * +Keen_Shine wrinkles his brow, re-doing his robe's belt. "Let's not get too cocky. That's probably just the first wave."
06[18:22] * +SmartCookie then asks: "Can you gibe me any Bobbypins you find?"
06[18:23] * +Primer shrugs, lets go to the hospital then. "Sure, I'll give you any if you want them." She tells Cookie.
[18:23] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 The ghouls dealt with, for now at least, the party approaches the Manehattan General Hospital. As you reach the end of the street, it becomes apparent than the hospital is in worse shape than it seemed. A skyscraped nearby collapse, crushing about a third of the building on the left side
06[18:24] * +SmartCookie checks the other ghouls and finds 3 other bobbypins he puts into his saddlebags.
06[18:24] * +Keen_Shine motions for somepony to follow him while circling around the building. Hey, if there was a caravan, it would make more sense that they would be outside, not inside.
[18:25] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 The main entrance way is intact, but the doors are broken and fallen inwards. The indistinct moaning of ghouls can be heard throughout all nine floors of the hospital, although the topmost two seem to have collapsed in on themselves after the skyscraper fell on it

06[18:26] * +Desert_Storm has Keen's back, wherever he's going.
06[18:27] * +Primer looks at Karena. "What do you think? Go in or search the outside first?"
[18:27] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 A loop of the structure reveals only that what hasn't already collapsed is still relatively sturdy
[18:27] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 Only the main entrance is open; the others are blocked by debris
06[18:28] * +Desert_Storm looks uncomfortably at the front entrance. "This place looks a little too... cramped for my liking."
04[18:28] * +SmartCookie walks over to Karina an Primer, saying: "Maybe we should wait for Keen_Shine and Desert_Storm. They seamed to be scouting for another entrance."
06[18:28] * +Karina has a shiver run down her spine at the sound of the moaning. She looks at Primer and shrugs before moving towars the entrance.
06[18:30] * +Keen_Shine rubs the bottom of his muzzle as he comes back, rather unhappy. "Well. Crap. It's only got one entrance, and it's up front. No pega-medic landing pad, emergency exits are blocked." Keen looks at the building. "It's like whatever did this wants to funnel us in."
04[18:30] <+Primer> "Sounds good." Primer agrees with SmartCookie then she follows Karina towards the entrance.
04[18:31] * +SmartCookie checks the EFS of the pipbuck and says: "Oh yeah... That hospital could be called haunted... That place is FULL of hostiles...", before following Karina.
06[18:31] * +Keen_Shine rubs his chin and smiles. "I've got an idea. You said you still had a mine left, Primer?"
[18:32] <+Primer> "Yeah."
[18:32] <+Keen_Shine> "Wanna use it?"
[18:33] <+Primer> "If I get my caps worth out of it." She nods.
[18:33] <%TenMihara|GM> 2 As the party steps fully inside the decrepit hospital, there's a screeching sound like abused and torn metal. From all around you, a grisly mare's voice booms. "GET OUT!"
