Dear Sir,

I am returning the item: 250997586950, "GASDRUCK FEDERBEIN STOSSDÄMPFER GAS SHOCK TT 600 (XT 600 ) schwinge swing arm".  Please find attached a copy of the ebay invoice, confirmation of order and receipt for payment.  I have also attached some photos that detail some of the problems with the monoshock.

In this first picture you will see there is no bush.  I had to remove the old bush as it was completely worn out.  I had to fit the bush from my old monoshock.  I have since had to remove this bush so I can put my old monoshock back onto my bike.  I no longer have the old broken bush.  You will also notice there is no pin to actuate the damping mechanism.  This means the damping adjuster does nothing.  This was confirmed by a mechanic when the bike failed a vehicle MOT inspection (that cost me £30) on account of having no damping.

In this picture you can see I have had to have a new bush made for the monoshock as the top bush was worn out.  The new bush is made from kevlar nylon by a local engineer.  This bush cost me £15 to have made.  I have left this bush in the monoshock as I did not need it to refit my old monoshock.

The monoshock you sold me is broken.  It was broken from wherever you got it from.  Someone has pretended to service it.  It has been painted nice however it is junk.  This is why I want my money back.  This monoshock has never worked and was sold broken.
