- 1) Find the ruined relic in a beast tribe's territory.
- 2) Give Gerolt the specified weapon melded with the specified materia (the only true RNG here, folks).
- 3) Go to Coerthas and defeat the Dhorme Chimera with a full party, then return to Gerolt.
- 4) Talk to Rowena, and clear Amdapor Keep as the class you are to get your relic for. Return to Gerolt.
- 5) Go kill a specified bunch of enemies (18 in all). (Let's just assume returning to Gerolt is part of the quest...)
- 6) Go to Eastern Thanalan and kill the Hydra with a weapon that may or may not be weaker than the weapon you handed to Gerolt earlier.
- 7, 8 and 9) Defeat the HM Primals, one by one. You may even get their weapons, but that's optional.
- 10) Purchase Radz-at-Han Quenching Oil at Rowena's, and take it to Gerolt.
- Congrats! You have your relic!
- What, Zenith?
- 11) Grind 900 Mythos.
- 12) Buy Thavranian Mist.
- 13) Go to the furnace and exchange your relic and the mist for your Zenith.
