Catch and Evolve Rules

 Hey, I’m Venoshock from The Frost Server  ( http://frost.psim.us ) and if you are confused about our C&E (Catch and Evolve)  tournaments room it is a room where fans of the format C&E have fun playing C&E TOURS ONLY under the format Custom Game. What is Catch and Evolve you ask? Well I’m here to explain it all ;D

                                                                       What it is!
Catch & Evolve is pretty simple who ever the host of the tour ask them for a starter ( The beginning poke of a evo) they will use a random generator which is here ------->  http://randompokemon.com/ Once they told you your starter make a new team with the pokemon they gave you. When your opponent challenges you use your starter if you beat them you get there starter or if they multiple pokemon you pick one. After you have chosen one of their pokemon you go add it to your team with your own starter you can change the EV’s to your taste along with the moveset and ability. Afterwards you choose to evolve one of the pokes you have you may also change the moveset and item NOT EV’s nor ability.


                                                                        Rules!
ALL moves and abilities on your starters have to be LEGAL as in they actually learn / get them.
The starter has to be level 100 nothing lower or higher.
No sashes first round BUT Focus Bands are aloud.
1 mega per team.
Have fun!
No negative comments towards others.
