  7. 1. Prerequisites:
  8. a. BSc or MS in Computer Science
  9. b. 2 – 3 years experience in either a) Web Security or b) malware industry
  10. c. Intimate knowledge of a) OWASP, SDLC and PCI DSS standards & procedures, and b) malware and malvertising, are pluses
  11. d. Development experience & expertise in one of Java, PHP, or .NET programming languages with functional knowledge of at least one of the alternatives
  12. e. Experience in either sales, pre-sales or consulting function & ability to interact with customers on a one-to-one level
  13. f. Very good communication skills at both the technical and commercial level
  14. g. Process oriented and exhibit attention to detail
  15. h. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking direction from team members familiar with the company & solutions, but also capable of leading the team if the situation calls for it.
  16. i. Some experience with or knowledge of either source code analysis or malware, preferably both

  18. 2. Job Description
  19. a. Initiation & development of potential customer contacts in partnership with the Sales team, supporting two products: CodeSecure, and HackAlert
  20. b. Participation in development & delivery of technical introductions and explanations of the core Armorize web security solutions, including but not limited to White box vulnerability detection concepts, methodology, best practices and industry phenomena, Black box vulnerability detection concepts, methodology, best practices and industry phenomena, and Web and Mobile malware concepts, detection methodology, best practices and industry phenomena
  21. c. Development and delivery of key technical training materials surrounding black & white box Web application vulnerability detection tools, as well as web, mobile malware, and malvertising detection tools, services and best practices
  22. d. Key technical interface to facilitate proof of concept evaluation & testing of Armorize’s core products at both the Enterprise and OEM level. Main driver behind these POCs and medium of clear communication between the customer/partner & engineering teams regarding all critical technical evaluation criteria. In some cases you will be required to develop entirely new approaches to dealing with technical issues or business processes or even value generation, sometimes based on untested market opportunities

Key technical interface with customers to identify & analyze core issues associated with delivery of value propositions addressing individual customer web security requirements including, but not limited to, assessment & analysis of technologies in place in customer environments, product GAP analysis in light of technologies in place in customer environments, clear communication of GAP analysis to engineering teams and championing customer requirements to engineering but also working with engineering to determine value of requirements as viewed from a macro-perspective, this means putting a dollar value on feature requests & estimating overall future value to the product objectively, as opposed to the value to a single deal. Development of best practice recommendations related to deployment, integration and appropriate development policies necessary to effect efficient & scalable adoption of Black & White box vulnerability detection tools as part of existing development processes. Development of business models associated with integration or bundling of White & Black box Web vulnerability detection tools/services, and/or Web/Mobile Malware detection tools/services

Acting as key technical interface in post-sales, gathering feedback, feature requests and most importantly, supporting customers in the face of technical issues or problems with the respective tools & services. Effectively helping them resolve such issues or feeding the data back to engineering to allow for quick turn-around resolutions.
  25. g. Contribution to company-sponsored research & publication of blog articles, presentations & other marketing activities surrounding key areas of interest related to the Armorize products or service.
