  1. How many of these stupid articles are they going to flood the internet with before they understand that you're not going to stop 12 year olds from saying out of bounds things?
  2.
  3. A good amount of the really dumb comments come from kids.
  4.
  5. What is left after that? Trolls mostly. And trolls are intentionally saying things that they believe will make you mad. That's it. Period end of story. So how do you stop people that thrive on your disapproval and offense from saying offensive things? Apparently the gender politics people think they can do it by making a big deal out of every post, showing their offense, and basically giving the trolls exactly what they want.
  6.
  7. Like most people on the internet, I hate trolls. But I'm starting to think they serve a purpose because trolls for all their annoying attributes are like fucking kryptonite to these various cry baby coalitions.
  8.
  9. They feed on each other because neither side gives a shit about the other and really both sides seem to give the opposition exactly what they want.
  10.
  11. Think about it.
  12.
  13. Trolls thrive on contempt and outrage. Something which they provoke by saying the most contemptible and outrageous thing they can think of at the moment.
  14.
  15. The various crybaby coalitions however thrive on pointing at outrageous comments and use them to justify their existence.
  16.
  17. It is a symbiotic relationship. And if I had to choose which side I'd rather deal with on a regular basis... I'd honestly prefer the trolls. Because while they're offensive, they don't presume to be able to shame or guilt me or control me. They basically are just annoying. And the cry baby coalitions while going to great pains to not be offensive are themselves quite annoying and worse they presume to dictate what is and is not morally permissible.
  18.
  19. I don't need these people to tell me how to live my life or treat people. I'm a nice guy. I am secure in that position and I am more offended by these political types presuming to claim a role as the local clergy then I am the stupid trolls that can be swatted aside or ignored pretty easily.
  20.
  21. You tell me internet? Who would you rather be in charge? Fascistic nanny politics crybabies with connections to mainstream political organizations and universities... or a disorganized gaggle of trolls that while occasionally annoying are easily ignored?
