  1. I am Jamie Locke, Co-Founder and Vice President of Operations for Spritz. I wanted to reach out to you personally and let you know that we have completed work on our SDKs and to invite you and the [] app team to join our Developer's program and implement genuine Spritz technology. Our technologies are free for your team to use and would allow you to use our trademark and patent-pending work around the redicle, red/colored letter, hash marking, ORP positioning and several other important innovations that our team has created.

  3. I want to let you know that we are, of course, flattered that you and your team think highly enough of our technology to create a replica version of it on your own but I also believe that you and your team would prefer to run a legal version. Assuming this is the case we would welcome you into our developer's program and actively assist you with marketing to the over 10M worldwide readers who are anxiously awaiting genuine Spritz technology.
  4.
  5. Lastly, in the event that you do not wish to become compliant and join the over 30,000 developers who have signed up to create genuine Spritz software through our program, we will reserve all rights to take legal action to protect our intellectual property and trademarks.

  7. If you'd like, you can now take a look at the first of many patent filings we have made based on our work. When the patent issues, it will cover the proper positioning of words in an RSVP text stream - http://www.faqs.org/patents/app/20140016867

  9. Sincerely,
