Set some time after the entire team is assembled, the hero squad keeps going toe to toe with Darc and his forces and losing due to a lack of teamwork/strategy/group cohesion. Their loses are triggered by mistakes with good intentions behind them. For example, one fight might have been lost because Dray kept trying to protect everyone on the team at the same time, irregardless of whether or not they were fully capable of defending on their own. As such, all this extra moving prevents him from being in place to defend against a particularly strong attack from Darc or his minions, leading to the battle rapidly becoming very one-sided. The jeers and taunts from Darc, coupled with the disappointment of the citizens of Glitch City, increase as the heroes keep losing battle after battle. After they agree to fight based on a plan rather than trying to do their own thing, they easily hold their own against an overconfident Darc and save the day.
