I don't see why we need to even make this a big deal. It's going to change again. We wanted to "simplify ranks" before and we did. We got rid of caller ranks and put our callers under advisors. Look at it now we went back to seperating callers from councils.

I think the main issue here is:
is moderator actually considered a "REAL" rank. I think so. If that's the case. Mod should be on the header.  Elrond does his fair share. Zulu does things now and then.. Mod should be like a version of app manager or something. It is a rank. Elrond does enough.
