Urges that in the event of a public disclosure of illegal wiretapping and/or other illegal surveillance of a foreign state that
the recorded data stolen will be returned in it’s entirety
and in failure to do so the infringing country be economically sanctioned and politically restricted
in addition to an agreed upon compensation for breaching a state’s privacy and security
the recorded data be completely destroyed
and documentation about the successful destruction of aforementioned data be provided to the targeted state
countries found to repeatedly continue with illegal espionage of foreign states be severely sanctioned
and if those countries continue their illicit activities then the affected states will be granted support to retrieve the information themselves by any means possible
