  1. Meditation on a regular basis
  2. Cold shower for ~2 minutes (develop character, immunity to disease, better homeostasis, enhance breathing)
  3. Self awareness (both action-wise and speak nothing unless necessary and act/speak as though everything was logged by a really powerful lawyer because it usually is)
  4. Exercise daily
  5. Read ~30min a day
  6. Learn and continue learning
