  1. 1 ) 2015/06/10 02:34:51 - Tremula: "I do not hope to bother by pressing, but pressing for questions seems to be the only way I will be able to receive them."
  2. 2 ) 2015/06/10 02:36:16 - Pejat: "What aspect of the Symphonium are you drawn to most?"
  3. 3 ) 2015/06/10 02:36:56 - Tremula: "Creation and Beauty call to me powerfully."
  4. 4 ) 2015/06/10 02:37:34 - Pejat: "How is the Symphonium distinct from other bard guilds in this respect?"
  5. 5 ) 2015/06/10 02:44:15 - Tremula: "Several bard guilds have placed emphasis on the creative process, and from my studies it is an admirable thing to do. There are few who are so focused and so effective, however, as the Symphonium. Still, there is no force to conform into the same mould as every other bard, creativity through the Higher Emotions prevailing to allow everyone the creative freedom to express themselves as they need."
  6. 6 ) 2015/06/10 02:46:09 - Tremula: "The Cacophony, for example, place great value on creativity and performing, but little else. There is no greatness to be found if you do not conform to that."
  7. 7 ) 2015/06/10 03:04:09 - Pejat: "Thank you for your response. I apologize for my delay. I was tending to Neophyte Sollunin."
  8. 8 ) 2015/06/10 03:04:27 - Tremula: "It is quite all right, I am aiding some of our Celestian allies in a frolic on the Astral Plane."
  9. 9 ) 2015/06/10 03:04:41 - Pejat: "Excellent."
  10. 10) 2015/06/10 18:56:27 - Pejat: "Kallista, the High Exemplar showed interest in rewards and incentives for the warrior caste. The Chairman would only break ties, but the Sublime Opus must move forward on the interests of the Symphonium. What sort of reward policies would you be in favor of?"
  11. 11) 2015/06/10 19:00:41 - Tremula: "We must reward creativity and performance as we always have, of course, but I have seen there is almost no reward towards the Warrior caste who serve the Overcity just as passionately and with equal fervour. However, as opportunities to serve through combat come far more frequently than artistic or performing do, the reward would need to be slightly diminished. I would see a system of points set into place, where each combatative achievement one performs would add to a total, and at that total a reward of credits, gold, or city favours as necessary would be distributed with warm thanks for their service."
  12. 12) 2015/06/10 19:02:16 - Pejat: "So you move to maintaining the creative reward as it is while adding a military service reward as well?"
  13. 13) 2015/06/10 19:04:02 - Tremula: "I am unsure as to the exact nature of our current reward, and if it is too extensive there may be a movement to have it reduced. However, having received twenty credits from the Symphonium for a victory within the Talent Show, this is the standard I am using for comparison."
  14. 14) 2015/06/10 19:06:56 - Pejat: "The reward for one book could be as high as two hundred credits or as low as ten. You can skin CHELP PROTOCOL-LIBRARYREWARD, -SANDS, and -STAGEREWARD for more information."
  15. 15) 2015/06/10 19:09:59 - Tremula: "Ah, the prestigious rewards. I have seen my lord fiance's great fortune won from his consecutive victories and thought it a bit excessive. As I stated to you on the city aether, I fear us entering a position where we would not have the coffers to support such a thing, and as such would have a movement placed forward for a reduction in these rewards. Even if we were to half each tier's reward, we would still offer better than all the others within the Basin while, should my combat system be implemented, offering equal chance for reward to those who serve the Overcity just as passionately but with little talent to the creative systems for library or stage productions."
  16. 16) 2015/06/10 19:13:03 - Pejat: "I will admit that our reward system has paid off. I regularly watch CULTURE and have noted that we are the most often the least in Cultural Activity, but we still obtain Cultural Center with the Lord-Librarian, the Lord-Chairman, and the Ambassador's works."
  17. 17) 2015/06/10 19:13:24 - Pejat: "But I agree that all service should be rewarded. Thank your for your thoughts."
  18. 18) 2015/06/10 19:13:40 - Tremula: "You are quite welcome."
  19. 19) 2015/06/13 18:34:32 - Nyxx: "I always forget that one heh."
  20. 20) 2015/06/13 22:06:55 - Tremula: "Only fifteen days until the election closes. Are there any questions you have for me?"
