There is a place I know of. It is called "The Gray Area".  It is a place I have been looking at for the past few months. It is a very strange place. You may be wondering what this place is. Only one word can describe it: perfect.

The "Gray Area" appears to be just a valley. It has a nice clean river flowing through it, on one side of the river is a very hilly area, the other is mostly trees. At the end of this clear river is a dam made of sand. Perfect is the word to describe this place.

I have discovered this place to be perfect. It has zero flaws, but not only that, it is impossible to flaw the place. No matter what I do, nothing changes it at all. It is completely resistant to any change. I can go to one end of the river and collect a rock. I can then take this rock to the other side of the river and place it there and leave it for a day. The next day I go back, it is gone from the spot I placed it and it is back to its original place.

Not only is it physically perfect, but also it makes me perfect. No one else goes there, and no animal lives there, which is why I call it the "Gray Area".

It was a bad day. I was late for work, my co-workers were crabby, and I was tired. My boss was furious as I was not up to par. I went home that day, worrying that my pay would be deducted. I worried all day. My wife told me to take a long walk. I got in my car and drove far away, that is when I saw the amazing looks of the valley. It seemed as soon as I stepped off the road and into this spot, everything I worried about went away. When I went to work the next day I told my co-workers about my adventure. Day after day, I go back to that place. It gets better all the time.

Now it seems as if I am helpless to the force of this place. I keep going back every day. The force of it is too strong. All I can feel is going to this place. I would like to live there, but the changeless state of it is too strong to build a house. The force is so strong that I cannot tell where I have walked as my footsteps fade away each and every day.

That man I have seen in "Mystery Garage" is still at large, I have not seen him again, but the newspapers report him breaking into garages around the city. Each day I worry about my garage being broken into, but when I am in the Gray Area, not anymore.

It is perfect here.
