>All was Lost
>Celestia day by day slowly losing her sanity
>The Elements of Harmony along with Luna, tried their damnedest to aid her
>Yet all was in vain
>The power of something new was awakening, and corrupting Celestia
>Her vigiliant Knight Anon was always by her side
>Almost like a shadow, barely seen, yet there
>Ponies were getting increasingly worried
>If the Elements couldn't fix the problem? What could?
>Even Luna was at a lost, trying in vain to spend as much time with her as possible, hoping just her love would solve everything
>Anon stayed by Celestia's side the whole time, ever watching....waiting
>Days turned to weeks and weeks months
>Celestia's own sanity beyond its brink, her thoughts filled with darkness and malice
>She knew it was over from the start, her only comfort were the Elements and Luna, even when she couldn't express it
>Her knight ever loyal always stayed by her side...Anon...the human from far
>The one who'd promise if the time had come and all hope was loss
>He'd do what had to be done
>This scared Celestia though, his loyalty would surely get in the way of what is right and he'll end up to being succumbed to the evil
>Just as he'd been showing signs to all along
>Day by day Anon slowly became corrupted, turning from the loyal Knight of Celestia, to a mindless sentinel
>Always by her side, every stoic and quiet
>The dark cloud which had now almost taken over Celestia and her knight was nearly done
>And after lots of research and studying the Elements figured it out
>Anon was the cause of this
>Though he'd never meant it to happen, the corruption from his planet had broken a link into Equestria, darkening those close to his heart
>Celestia was already aware of said fact though, aware since months back of the corruption in which Anon held deep within him yet cause of her infatuation of him
>She knew not in her heart to send him back
>Celestia knew her kingdom would suffer, and Equestria cease to exist

>Celestia knew what had to be done, and so did her Loyal Knight
>So with strength she'd been saving for a month, and with the darkness clouding her every thought, she called up her knight in private

>"Sir Anon."
>Anon bowed to his Princess and stood straight and proper
>"A-As you may k-know....the time is almost upon u-us." She struggled to word out
>Anon kept quiet and listened intently
>"Anon my fr-friend.....Y-You must do what is right. Not for me but for the ponies you pledged to p-protect!"
>Anon had an emotionless mask upon his helmed face
>"Do you u-understand my loyal k-knight?" She said with a pained breath at the end
>Anon stood silent for awhile, his will to protect the princess at his top priority
>Finally he spoke
'Princess, If you truly mean what you're saying. I don't think I can find it in me to break my oath of protecting you.' He said bluntly and lacking any emotion
>Celestia frowned to her Knight and grew as stern as she could
>"Anon! Do you dare defy m-Me?! What for is loyalty if at the risk of mi-millions? For what A-Anon? Does thou wish the d-death of all the ponies? Over me?"
>Anon looked onward, his will withering ever so slightly
>"Answer me you f-fool! What are thy reasons to d-defy you princ-." She was interrupted when she let out a sickening wheeze and cough
>Anon was quickly to her side as she collapsed
'Princess!' He said as he held her aloft
'Thee are truly weak....is it true....must I really do it?' He said to her
>Celestia gave a weak cough and nodded solemnly
>"I'm sorry m-my Knight....For the sake of all it must be d-done..."
>The knight looked down into her eyes his loyalties in protecting her and the ponies at a stalemate
'Princess....please don't make me do it....' He said with tears hidden behind his helm

>"I-I'm sorry my love..." She said while levitating his helm off
>Anon's face was revealed to her after so long
>She expected to see a hardened veterans face
>Only to see complete sadness and grief on his features
'So you really did love me...' He said whilst caressing her cheek
>Celestia gave a sad smile and held his hand to her cheek
>"That I did my Knight, and still do...."
>Anon stayed silent, still lovingly caressing her as if it'd solve all their problems
>"My Knight please don't hesitate, the Elements already know as does my sister, they've said their goodbyes...."
>Anon stared into those beautiful orbs that were her eyes
>One could truly get lost within them, and one could fall in love with the way they shined
'Celestia.....I'm sorry but I love you to much to do it...'
>Celestia's face grew slightly annoyed and she moved to retort only to feel the soft warm lips of her Knight
>Even through her weakened state she felt like a filly again and blushed profusely while pushing into the kiss, in complete bliss
>Anon pushed forth all his feelings, thoughts, and emotions into that one passionate kiss
>It felt like hours till the pair separated, gasping for air
>Celestia was the first to speak
>"A-Anon....What was that for?" She said with a blush and stammer
>Anon smiled to her and gently laid her down upon the marble flooring of the room
'That my Love was something we both needed....and my goodbye to you and this world...'
>Celestia looked to him in confusion
>"What do you mean?"

'Celestia...this is the right way to do it, you have a kingdom to rule with your sister while I'm just replaceable...' He said whilst looking off to the balcony doors behind her
>Celestia began panicking and tried standing up only to collapse in pain
'Please Celestia it must be this way, it must end this way.' He said whilst making his way to them
>"N-No! Anon please!" She said again struggling
>"My s-sister needs s-someone like you to help g-guide her into being a proper ruler!"
>Anon ignored her cries of pleas and continued on, soon opening the door which spewed in sunlight that made him radiate in Celestia's tired eyes
'That she does my love, only that someone has to be you and only you.'
>Anon slowly walked until he could see over the edge
>Celestia's vision was darkening, she herself exhausted
'I was brought into this land by accident, I was never truly supposed to be here. I've made glorious friends along the way, crazy adventures, and have made it my personal agenda to protect you.'
>Celestia's eyes were full of tears as she tried her best to crawl to him, fatigue overcoming her slowly
>"Anon no...don't go...don't leave me..."
>He looked back to her nothing but love yet sadness behind his calming brown eyes
'So I shall protect my princess and her ponies....by getting rid of the problem. Me.'
>Anon unsheathed a dagger he had on his side and turned back facing to the land below and beyond
>The sun was casting an almost mesmerizing glow all around him, as if calling him forth
>He held the dagger up in the air and gave a sad smile
>Celestia's vision blacked out as she saw his hand move then nothing
