How to filter sound out of OBS

NB: Must have voicemeeter open to filter sound

1. Download voicemeeter: http://vb-audio.pagesperso-orange.fr/Voicemeeter/
2. In the first Hardware Input tab select your microphone input
3. In Hardware Out select your speakers input IMPORTANT SET SPEAKERS TO MME NOT WDM
4. In OBS go to settings -> audio and set microphone to your microphone input and speaker to Voicemeeter
5. Go to Playback Devices in you sound settings and set voicemeeter as default device
6. Go to Discord settings -> Voice change Input Device to your microphone input and Output Device to your speaker output
7. ???
