Appearance:
Felicity is a slender, healthy-looking teenage girl, with a pretty, oval-shaped head and just noticeable curves on her body. She has large blue eyes, lips with a sparkling peach gloss applied to them, and noticeably large eyelashes, with dark blue eye shadow. Her nose is small, and her cheeks have dimples (which are usually noticeable, as she’s constantly smiling). Felicity has long, azure blue hair, done in tightly curled, drill-shaped twintails, tied with blue ribbons that have sapphire-and-gold brooches. Underneath her twintails, she has two cat ears, which occasionally twitch and are the same color of her hair. She wears a sailor fuku, colored a light blue with golden trim on her puffier-than-normal sleeves and collar, with a yellow “:)” smiley emblazoned on her left shoulder. Her skirt has tiered ruffles, with a blue tartan design on it, and a light blue belt that is tied in a large ribbon. A long tail, also colored like her hair, grows from behind her, and is long enough to wrap around her wrist a couple of times when her arms are down. On her hands, she has dainty-looking lace fingerless gloves, with two large gold buttons keeping them on, and on her right wrist, a bright pink wristband is visible, with a golden heart-shaped watch on it. She wears Persian blue, high heeled boots, which also have large golden buttons keeping them together.

Powers and Abilities
- Magical Lapis Charm
As a magical girl, Felicity can inspire joy in others, creating a powerful aura using Russian Blue that hits all characters that see her – allies and enemies – mentally, as a Toxin-based ability. Depending on their willpower, Felicity can inspire various levels of happiness, which combines with her cute looks to inspire a strange sort of love for her, similar to friendship (though it could potentially become romantic). This can grant her a weird sort of control over others who fall for her like this.
At lower levels of influence, the effects of this ability are fairly harmless, even helpful for others. She can use this power to gain the trust of the afraid or distraught, or pick up the spirits of her allies. However, usually it goes to a much higher degree of control. She can force herself to become the center of attention for someone, making them focus any supporting abilities they have on her, assuming they aren’t limited to affecting the user. They may even love her so much, that they will be willing to throw themselves in front of any attacks she is about to take, taking the damage instead and giving her a chance to dodge out of the way unscathed. The powers of Magical Lapis Charm also extend to the abilities “Stealing Hearts like a Thief in Denim Jeans” and “Special Sapphire Korat Kiss”, which are explained below.
While the effects of this power can be very powerful, Felicity has several limits on this. While it is a mental effect, it is also considered a Toxin-based ability, meaning those who resist this element have improved defenses against her ability as well. Also, if the character has at least two stars higher Projection than Felicity, she will be unable to affect them with this ability without assistance.

- Stealing Hearts like a Thief in Denim Jeans
As an extension of her “Magical Lapis Charm”, if Felicity can get direct, physical contact with a character, she can drain a part of their very being into herself. Alongside healing her, Felicity may also drain a stat of her choice, subtracting a star from that stat and giving it to her, until that stat is simply 0. She cannot drain stats that are already less than or equal to 0, and she keeps all stats until the battle is over. The ability is also considered a Toxin-based ability, like “Magical Lapis Charm”, and thus can be resisted by those who resist that type of attack.

- Special Sapphire Korat Kiss
As an extension of Felicity’s “Magical Lapis Charm”, she has access to a special skill called the “Special Sapphire Korat Kiss”, which may only be once as a Spirit-based ability, during boss encounters (these are determined by the GM). When she uses this skill, Felicity lightly pecks the cheeks of someone who is under the effects of “Magical Lapis Charm”, giving them a surge of energy, which will restore all physical damage dealt to them, as well as remove all physical ailments, such as poisoning or paralysis. They will also feel a burst of excitement from being kissed by her, which will temporarily restore all mental or similarly non-physical damage dealt so far & any non-physical ailments, such as amnesia or silence (excluding the effects of “Magical Lapis Charm”, obviously). And lastly, they’ll receive the confidence to do just about anything, increasing their highest stat (in terms of base stats) to 5 stars, or just by one star if the stat has been raised past 5 stars, for three turns. The power of Felicity’s kiss is so great, it can even revive those who are knocked out, or have died recently, keeping the same effects. Use of this ability requires physical contact.

- Passionately Burning Cerulean Sizzle
Using Russian Blue, Felicity can perform various Fire-based skills. These flames are colored blue, and are hotter than regular flames, and cannot be put out by anything... except water, which will instantly extinguish the flames. She may use these flames for projectile attacks, or she can cover any ally, including herself, in these flames, allowing them to physically attack with the Fire element. Applications of her flames, although they can be quite varied, aren’t necessarily as strong as anyone else is, making her unable to be especially powerful, with the exceptions of her power “Blazing Blue Love Laser”.
The  “Blazing Blue Love Laser” is essentially Felicity’s ultimate attack. The ability takes a turn to charge up, during which Felicity may make a short speech; as she does so, she holds her staff aloft, absorbing life force from the planet. In lieu of this, or in the event there is no/little life force in the planet to drain, Felicity may instead soak up the love energy of someone under the effects of “Magical Lapis Charm”, allowing her to instantly perform a severely weakened version of the beam, and leaving the affected with a mood so dejected, their Toughness, Stamina, and Endurance stats are lowered by 2 stars. After going through either, Felicity will aim her staff, and fire an absolutely massive, completely destructive, white-hot laser, dealing severe Fire-based damage to any characters caught in the blast; the love-charged version only deals okay damage, and is about as half as large.

- Super Azure Flights of Fancy
As a magical girl, Felicity can fly as she wishes. This ability also allows her to walk on areas that normally wouldn’t support a person, such as lava, water, or quicksand; even if she cannot fly for whatever reason, she will be able to walk on these sorts of substances.

Standard Equipment:
~ Russian Blue – A blue-tinged ivory staff, with a heart-shaped sapphire on the bottom end and a stylized cat’s head on the front, which is loosely wrapped with a heart-shaped ribbon. The staff is used as a vehicle for Felicity’s ability, “Passionately Burning Cerulean Sizzle”, and as it is a part of the package of being a magical girl, Russian Blue will simply return instantly to Felicity if knocked out of her grasp; however, if she’s distracted from calling it, then her attacks simply lose focus, and she cannot use the ability “Blazing Blue Love Laser”.

Note:
~ A turn refers to a period of time, which starts when the player posts and lasts until they must post again. As a result, in larger RPs it’s possible for effects based on rounds to last longer, or for cooldowns to take longer.
~ Felicity is probably best used as a boss character, as her ability set is INCREDIBLY broken. When using her in this sense, it is recommended to use her as someone with a warped sense of justice and right; however, the use and interpretation of this character is ultimately up to whomever is playing her.
