  62. Bio:
  63. Taukek is a man of average height but large build, with hard skin weathered by sun and salt. A serious expression and often direct demeanor gives his face a dour cast. This far south he typically wears light leather leggings, and ether a thin cotton shirt or no shirt at all, depending on the heat and if he's going to be going into battle soon. His face is marked with a permanent war tattoo, marking him as a member of his tribes warrior class, and he wears a necklace made of four wyvern teeth and gold and silver choker, further identifications for his position within his clan.
  64.
  65. Taukek was born to a clan in the far north of Glarus. Living among the harsh mountains and breathtaking valleys, Wyvern riding was a way of life to his people. Taukek was no exception to this and at a young age was paired with a female red Wyvern hatchling, who he named Si. They grew up alongside each other, from rambunctious children where they would often play together in his Clans nest and homes, stirring up trouble and chaos in their play. Together as adolescences they learned to fly the skys and valleys of the mountain range, ranging far, often dangerously so, from their home. They would sometimes spend days out, with only each other and the rushing wind for company. During these flights he gained a taste for exploration and travel. Eventually they were of an age to learn how to use the a lance and join the other riders of the tribe in swooping hunts though the mountains. Training with his light flight spear to hunt animals gave him acceptable aim and strength of arm, and so it was natural that when he came of age he would become a full warrior of the clan. After his manhood ritual, which saw him have his face tattooed with the warriors runes of protection by the clans shaman, he decided that his urge to explore and see the world was too strong, and that now that he was a man he had to at least travel some of the world before settling down. After many goodbyes to his family and friends, he and Si left the clan, winging their way south though Glarus, living on what they could hunt or gather and what he could get from selling the hides and other valueable parts of the animals they could bring down. Traveling south and seeking new sights and experinces, they made they way though Evreux and eventually found themselves in the kingdom of Ann. Finding that living off hunting and gathering the more and more developed the land was, and the small amount of money he had managed to gather on his travels quickly running out, he decided that he would have to find a way to make some money to fund further travels. The idea of becoming a mercenary seemed natural to him, trained as he was as a warrior. He knew little of the politics of the local land, but one cause seemed as good as another to him, so he found himself at the house of Merchant Ovidio.
