Scorpion's 200m capes

[color=#ff3333][size=large] I was thinking that it would be neat if we had another skill cape to showcase that you got 200m in a particular stat, like an all gold skill cape with that stats logo on it so it would basically be a re-colored skill cape for each skill and it could be called skill cape (g) or something, or if it would be possible we could have custom colored ones with a shop that sells dyes for them so you could have an all red or all blue or all gold skill cape.
