  1. Hydrogen
  2. Zach, Ariel
  3. Hydrogen is one of the elements found on the periodic table, it has an atomic mass of 1 and its atomic number is 1. Hydrogen’s melting point is -259.2 °C, and its boiling point is -252.9 °C. Hydrogen is the lightest element on the periodic table, allowing it to be used in balloons to make them float. Hydrogen is highly flammable, making it useful as fuel for cars since it burns clean, producing only water. However the process of creating pure hydrogen is very expensive, and requires methane, which would pollute the atmosphere even more.
