- Club Nintendo Sister Codes FAQ
- Q: What are sister codes and how do they work?
- A: Every Club Nintendo code has a sister code that can be found by converting the last digit of the original code
- Q: So it's like an extra code I can use?
- A: Sorta. They are legit codes but there's two things you need to be aware of
- >1. The code most likely has already been used
- >2. A game can't be registered more than once under the same CN account
- Q: Great, so what's the point of them?!
- A: Sister codes are for trading. Find someone with a code to a game you don't have registered and see if they are willing to trade
- Q: How do I know if my sister code works?
- A: You don't.
- Q: What about sister codes for consoles?
- A: Consoles have sister codes as well and are more likely to work. Registering more than one console is possible but there are limitations.
