The Ulv Reborn Army

Basherakatera(Bas-hera-ka-ter-ah) is a country that is found in Nicaragua which is in central America, it has a total population count of almost 20,000 residents at the moment. The Country is also called Bashera or the URA(Ulv Reborn Army) it has its own establish well trained military along with a form of government and has established friendly relationships with most factions. It is also one of the few country's that has hardly any humans within that country as it is mostly dominated by halvdes or other ulvs. The country is very opened towards none-humans that are on the one either being hunted from none-human hunters, or about to be prosecuted by towns people. Sometimes even wanted by other factions but this is something the Country rarely involves itself into in fear that these factions can turn on it and can bring its cities to ruin. It's landscape is mainly a tropical forest and most of there settlements that were established which later than became cities were built on landscapes. Even today there is still several long forests, dirt roads lead to villages and or military bases and sometimes actual roads are built that leads from smaller minor cities. currently  there borders expanded past Costa ricca and smaller towns and a city has been made, while several military bases are being built, currently Angel is trying to get her peopel to go south.

City Count
Bashera, is the cities capital which is found on the southern end of Nicaragua it is a city that is thriving with culture, education and is highly fortified due to its colossal walls, which is composed out of strong and sturdy meant to be there for many years or even centuries. Another City is the City of Industry or known as Ulven, it is the backbone of Barsherakatera, it is a city that is located in the mountain regions of Nicargua. The city mainly produces everything from weapons towards misc, but not all the cities heavily rely as much are self sustaining, the city is a very rich city along with having just as high of an education of the other cities a lot of hard working families live here and has a major military presence to safe guard the city. The third which is rooted further north than the other cities, called Mor'sha, the city is mainly dominated from trade, and culture, just like anybody else but due to it being a tad bit further than the rest of the city it had has the largest military presence, it also has tons worth of farm land and is also very close to one of the major rivers of Basherkatatera. There is also another city still being made which is the only city that is hardly linked to any roads, which had the most concentrated amount of people, it is called "Shika" a city that also thrives in agricultural, this city is also near a major river that leads itself out of Central america and into the ocean, it is high of providing local fish too and trade, it is also has the highest military presence too, and its the closest towards the ocena, they are also number one on manufacturing millitary ware.
Economic Status: The Current economical status is quickly rising as trade happen, seeing the country is highly known for not only its cultural items it sells to its ally's, but its high quality medicine that can out compete most as they use the herbs, plant life and some animal life to make, generally used as pain killers, morphine's, bandages that could relaxes the muscle, some forms of soap, and of course they made there money from there salt.

Political/Government structure: It is a Monarchy based while having some democracy thrown into the mix, it is ruled by one person which is Angel Sangul, while she has completely authority over the military and thus the people, she does have a council which also decides on accordance towards there nation action. But there are laws/rules towards the council which the king/queen can juristic over them and can either input laws, or act of accordance. This usually only happens during a time of war or a crisis, and usually the king or Queen informs the people.

Laws/Rules: the laws are not too strict and was formed by Angel herself approved by the council and then the people, if minor laws are broken such as stealing, harassment, assault. it is handled by law enforcement, and generally imprisonment is either given out, or a warning or marking there Personal record. While major laws, or laws that is broken on a routine basis is either imprisonment or sometimes death. Only 2 city allows same sex intercourse/marriage and that is Shika, and Mor'sha, while rest do not allow same sex marriage as it is frowned upon, if a couples was to end up in one of these city(Same sex) they are not classified as married, or in a relationship. It also VERY STRICT ON MARRIAGE, when a couple is married there is no divorce unless there is proof of abuse, or report of death, if a victim is married though they receive an investigation.

Way Of life:The peoples way of life, is as normal as you can say none of the city's, towns, or villages or even starting settlement has no poor, most are middle classed and high classed people. There are no beggars or jobless too, unless there are children as most are in school learning. There is no set religion there is a church that covers almost every religion and shrines detected to most khelan gods. Only in Shika is the only area caius is actually allowed to be worshiped, any worship of Ceneraius though those people who are worshiping it, is to be executed regardless of intentions. In Shika there is a small dominance of Void walker followers who pray and actually work on there powers there, sadly not a lot of people accept the void walkers in other cities. IF a void walker is found in another city but Shika they are asked to go to Shika provided money and are provided help to assist them with the moving process. The people also loved and respect Angel, her children, the military and even there Law enforcement. The citizens also help with one another, like a community except a larger scale, all are contributing something towards there city which its city contributes towards the country which the country contribute something to there ally and so forth and so forth.
	As Mayors or stewards  run the cities/towns they watch over it population, workforce, crime rate which is always kept at none, and the peoples satisfaction. Every person is accounted for, the coming and goings of a civilian is checked through via ID card if they do not have one it is checked through a very slow and tedious process which could take a couple of hours or even a day depending on the city, in other words, it is highly unlikely to go unnotice and try to sneak your way into the city as they regulate population count and all there cities are number one in security even there towns(Which are even more likely to be spoted)

	Technology Advancement: They are a modernized military which they have a respected trade with Azari, they buy most of there weapons which they soon assembled there own guns, weapons, explosives, and vehicles and Naval Ships. They also implement very advance khelan arts incorporating some khelans into there military ranks, and are trying to develop aura spines.



History: During the times of the Paladin crusade while most Ulvs were fleeing or trying to hide or captures and then killed some banded up with Angel to fight for there freedom and there survival. A lot of them generally raided or attacked paladin escorting troops or found small refugee hold outs that ulvs were hiding and assisted with there escape. But when the Paladins were finally defeated they decided to try to find a safe haven away from Uppernivik and or Proven When Angel was given land from Widdershins she provided a safe haven for all ulvs and haldves. Most were refugees or the militia group of the Ulv Reborn Army, or slave captives that were then freed, they all fled during and after the paladin war to Central America as they were either shipped out with the aid of Azari or the help with Angel. While the settlement grew Angel herself helped each individual, she taught them how to read, she taught the incapable to walk to walk. She Healed the sick, and she provided for the hungry, they followed her example and soon the refugee became a country which than made Angel there Queen. Jack Widdershins would be there King, but when the woman gave birth to her children, there relationship quickly fell apart and the people Sympathize with her as a woman whore has a love and caring heart could receive such pain. The Country soon became an independent nation.
