  11. Psyentific was saying things I disagreed with so I called him a shitspewing idiot.

  13. I got a forum dayban for it and thought nothing of it except "okay fine I'll get mad at Psyentific somewhere else."

  15. ZomgPonies then permabanned me from the game after playing a round without warning for this incident. I was told by another admin I was being toxic in OOC as well, and that that is part of the reason for the ban. The extent of what I said in OOC as far as I recall was stupid banter with cdb, someone I know outside of the game and I know will recognize my jokes as just that, as well as joining in with a couple other players saying the event that round was poorly thought out (vending machines going around killing people and wrecking windows and stuff. Wasn't very fun).

  17. I was not warned. I was not spoken to. I read the rules (purple banana etc etc). I didn't expect a permaban for calling someone names.

  19. Also it's my birthday so you're required by canadian law to unban me and psyentific isn't allowed to post in my thread because he smells

  28. Firstly you broke rule 1, respect other people's enjoyment and rule 2, maintain a friendly and welcoming environment.

  30. Now you had a difference of opinion with a player on something and called him a "shitspewing idiot".

  35. You brought that part on yourself, if you want to have a go at someone take it to private messaging or better yet dont do it at all.

  37. You may have known who cdb was and you could have easily shared the banter over skype, in ooc however you are bound to chat rules no matter who you are talking with.

  39. Regardless of if its your birthday or not that is irrelevant, come up with a better reason.

  41. And finally, you do NOT tell anyone on this admin team to unban you, you submit an appeal and hope its accepted. The fact that ive seen you tell the admins in the forum chat over an over to unban you makes me want you to stay banned, and getting your friends on to vouch for you, i have never seen any of these guys before so their opinion is worthless in this situation.

  43. Now when we ban we think to ourselves, how does having you in our community benefit us. I personally don't see any good coming from you being here if you call people "shitspewing idiots" any time you have a difference of opinion and i see more harm done to the community that good.

  54. And you can keep that opinion to yourself because unfortunately for you im in the position to unban you and at the same time the position to ban you permanently from the server and the forums. Keep going the way your going and you can kiss all hopes of being unbanned goodbye.

Also I rarely talk in unban appeals and things I'm not a part of, but sawrge is an obvious troll and he has always been every time I seen him, nothing personal, I don't know him much that way, but he is being disrespectful even while he is asking for an unban and making a joke of the staff, I don't think that anyone who wants the community to grow and be in a better way would do stuff like these.
