Duo-Ability Mons

Every pokemon uses two available abilities:
      Espeon @ Synchronize + Magic Bounce
This can lead to some very interesting combinations such as:
      Conkeldurr @ Iron Fist + Sheer Force
Pokemon that's ability makes them change form like Darmanitan keep both abilities as they change form
Pokemon with one ability in one stage of evolution can take an ability from another stage of the same evolution
Mega-Pokemon keep the normal ability and take their second from a non mega pokemon of the same evolution line
Pokemon with one ability throughout the evolution are not allowed to have two abilities
Uber pokemon are not allowed however pokemon like shaymin can use the ability serene grace + Natural Cure
