  3. davfs2 implements Unix permissions for access control. But changing
  4. owner and permissions of a file is only local. It is intended as a
  5. means for the owner of the file system, to control whether other local
  6. users may access this file system.

  8. The server does not know about this. From the servers point of view
  9. there is just one user (identified by the credentials) connected.
  10. Another WebDAV-client, connected to the same server, is not affected by
  11. this local changes.
