I'm willing to apply for Officer Lead. Although I have not posted anything on the forums (yet, as of TRW) I do follow along with everything.
In BLOC, before /int/ had split, I was the regional counselor of the ME, after dissonanz (former first officer) attempted a coup, I became first officer. I helped negotiate the end to the LOLterry last year at about this time and when TWAIN went inactive I became the temporary leader of the alliance and negotiated all difficult circumstances to avoid unwanted war. I also kept track of all member alliances and their resources to better manage the alliance.
