FJ Parliament Constitution

Current nation: Our mock nation will be based on a typical 21st century state capitalist society but currently without any laws, privileged or regulations for the people. Any new additions to this country such as healthcare or abolishing capitalist economy will have to be done via bills.

First Amendment: Game Clause
For the sake of avoiding game breaking proposals we will render any proposals and bills that end or break this system null and void. For example proposing to abolish Democracy and implementing Monarchy or Anarchy would break the game and make it unplayable thus said proposals are forbidden irrelevant of whether Democracy is good or bad but for the sake of gameplay. It will also be forbidden to push laws and bills that abolishes the constitution in any form.

Second Amendment: Free Speech Clause
This clause will be used to protect the free speech of anyone wishing to participate in this game. The free speech and expression of the common folk however will be determined by bills, but the freedom of speech of party members cannot be silenced and nobody shall be barred from entering thus anyone law attempting to shall be forbidden. The only exceptions shall be bills, laws, and actions that violate all the other Amendments.

Third Amendment: Rule Clause
The parliament will follow the rules and basics of this parliament system that can be found in the pastebin. These may change in the future. People are allowed to ask for the rules to change per request but if they violate the current rules they will be banned

Fourth Amendment: Rigging Clause
To  keep the elections fair no rigging or cheating is allowed. This includes trying to get votes on other sites than Funnyjunk or rigging the votes in any form, should anyone violate this he will be banned from the game.
