Day 1: 	Call 3 businesses and tell a joke, try start a small conversation.
	Get them to tell you a joke back.
Day 2:	Ask 3 strangers to give you a compliment.
	Only girls, tease her afterwards.
Day 3:	Get 3 people to take a photo with you.
	Add them on facebook and tag them immediately.
Day 4:	Tell 3 people something embarrasing
	Use embarrasing fact as an opener, get her to tell you something embarrasing.
Day 5:	Open up to 3 people, ask for advice and listen.
	Only girls, give them an extra long hug afterwards.
Day 6:	Persuade an employee to let you buy something for cheaper than it costs, try for a minute.
	Try get an item for free.
Day 7:	Give 15 people a high five.
	Stop and get her number if hot girl.
Day 8:	Persuade someone not to buy what is in their hand for a minute.
	Persuade someone to buy an item they don't already know about.
Day 9:	Do 10 pushups/as many as possible in busy area.
	Approach immediately afterwards.
Day 10:	Compliment 10 girls.
	Compliment 10 girls with cheesy pick up line.
Day 11:	Approach 5 girls with favourite rap lyrics.
	Use vulgar or "risky" lyrics.
Day 12:	Talk to 10 girls in a row with less than 30 seconds gap in between, start again if you take longer than 30 in between.
	Ask for number of every girl you approach.
Day 13:	Approach 10 girls and do not break eye contact at all (at least a minute conversations)
	Aprroach 3 girls, tell them you want to try something, being not break eye contact for 30 seconds.
Day 14:	Aprroach 5 girls with a compliment then change topic with no transition.
	Switch to a topic considered risky with no transition.
Day 15:	Talk to 5 girls, don't ask any questions, use statements.
	Get 3 numbers.
Day 16:	Approach 5 girls and tease or over exaggerate with them.
	Over exaggerate using sexual topics.
Day 17:	Talk to 3 girls and use "us mentality" twice per girl.
	Use "us mentality" combined with over exaggeration.
Day 18:	Open 5 girls by asking for her number.
	Do this till you get 3 numbers.
Day 19:	Purposely up-talk 2 girls, purposely down-talk 3 girls.
	Practice down-talk with every person you talk to all day.
Day 20:	Approach 5 girls while replicating someone else's body language.
	Approach with obnxious body language, 3 with good body language.
Day 21:	Approach 5 girls, have a conversation, ask their oppinion on something and casually disagree.
	Approach 5 girls and disagree with everything they say.
Day 22:	Approach 5 girls while wearing something ugly, open with a compliment then transition.
	Aprroach 10 girls with food on your face.
Day 23:	Find girl sitting down, sit down and say "sorry I'm late" and continue talking.
	Go up to a group and tell them a joke.
Day 24:	Approach 5 girls with a cheesy pick up line, make it awkward.
	Open a girl with the "arm of charm".
Day 25:	Aprroach 5 girls with handshake, hold on longer than usual, give them a hug sometime during the conversation.
	Approach 5 girls and open them with a hug.
Day 26:	Approach a girl who is in a group of two or more people.
	Isolate the girl you are interested in by removing her from the group and talking to her alone.
Day 27:	Get rejected say "I know I just got rejected, but I have one more thing to say" then continue the conversation.
	Get rejected then persist and get her number.
Day 28:	Find and approach girls in at least 3 of these scenarios; a couple, girl in crowed place/line, girl on phone, female worker who is helping a customer, girl much older then you, girl with her family, girl eating lunch, girl with headphones on.
	Approach a girl from every listed scenario.
Day 29:	Go for instant date with 3 girls, not allowed to go for numbers.
	Approach as many girls as it takes to get an instant date.
Day 30: Approach as many girls as you want, do whatever you want, rejections, instant dates... Have fun!
