I am a first purchaser from your store, and to my utter disappointment when I tried to activate Project Cars on Steam
with this code that was provided, Steam is saying "Invalid Product Code", Is this due to a region blocking? Why isn't
this key provided working?

I was really looking forward playing this game with my friends and now I'm left with a broken game that wont even
activate.

What can be achieved to fix this? I really hope I get a swift response.
