Selena's very much a leader in most groups! She leads because she's been put into a position of leadership and she's found that she's good at it. She's a naturally charismatic person, and she has strong morals, which is a potent combination when it comes to whether or not she'll take charge.

She'll take charge of a group of strangers if they want her to or if nobody else will; if there are other leaders who are not jiving with her own moral code like when she calls out Caellach for being a dick and murdering a soldier in cold blood. Otherwise, she's willing to step back and let others lead, so long as they seem competent and like they have good intentions. She'll even support them, too.

She won't take orders, however, except from people she trusts.

7. What do they need and want out of relationships, and how do they go about getting it?

Leon... just needs people to be nice to him... this is going to be so pathetic, god. Leon needs people to be patient with him and kind and try to understand all of his everything. He doesn't talk about himself, so it's hilariously hard to get a read on why he is the way he is, and he is DEFINITELY an asshole and he knows it. So a little bit of patience and understanding can take you a long way in how you can get Leon to not...hate you...

That said, letting him get away with his assholishness at all times isn't really a good thing either, and it makes him suspicious and uncomfortable. It's a fine line to traverse because Leon will walk away from people who call him out too much, but at the same time he does need to be called out for being a dick.

Mostly though, listening to him and trying to understand him, and mostly importantly, not trying to impose your own morals or viewpoints on him is the most important thing.

How does he go about getting it...? He doesn't, obviously, he sucks at human interaction.
