PRA/Police Treaty

Cease Fire

The PRA & Police will look to avoid conflict between each other at all costs, if a member from either side comes into contact with the other side they will talk to them (if possible) and discuss the current situation and how to defuse it. If they cant make contact with the other side, extra care is expected to make sure neither side lose a member.

The PRA will not assist anyone in attacks against the Police and visa versa, this will keep morale between both sides high.

If the PRA want to go to Kavala or Athira, they have to have weapons hidden and can't bring rebel off roads or stryders. This is so not to alarm the civilians and wont give the police extra work when they are trying to look out for civilians. Uniforms and other gear is acceptable. The number of police in the town or the area makes no difference on having your weapon hidden, it has to be in your bag at all times.

If the PRA are going to respond to a service station robbery they will inform the police via dispatch, this is so the police dont arrive on scene and shoot those trying to stop the robbery. The PRA should wait for one minute before attending the robbery for the police to respond and say if they can attend.

If the police see or hear about a possible attack on the PRA they will inform the PRA via contact with the highest rank on at the time, if they don't get a response advise command if possible.

If the PRA attack the HMT they dont need to take the gold back to the HQ, if they do then the police can take their time planning the assault as it is a large area to cover. There shall be no complaining from either side on the forum afterwards, if there is issues they want to raise only do so to their senior commander/officer and they will advise on it.

If the PRA are supporting people who are doing drug runs, if the police arrive the PRA must not fight them. They should make themselves known to the police and under no circumstances should either side shoot each other.

Under no circumstances should either side say the treaty is over or that they can go against it, the treaty can only be dissolved when discussed between Velocity, Stephan, Kirby and Marcus. Anyone posting or saying it is over will be disciplined by their senior officers/commanders.

When off duty, the treaty and all its rules are to be followed. Just because you are off duty does not mean the treaty is gone or you dont have to follow it. Those who break this rule will be disciplined by their senior officers/commanders.

If a situation or issue is seen on either side by anyone within the ranks, they should make it known to their senior officers/commanders so that it can be resolved quickly. Failure to do so could cost lives, which nobody wants to see happening.

If a situation arises that the Police are lacking numbers, the PRA may supplement them if needed. This can be done via the highest ranking Police officer on TS at the time, so if Athira has no officers the PRA can support the area or where ever the backup is needed once they check first with the highest ranked police officer.

If the PRA want to do a drug run they should do it in a discrete way, no more than two vehicles at any time can go to one drug location. If the police arrive, the treaty must be followed and no shots can be fired. The police can impound the vehicles and you will lose the drugs but the vehicle will be returned to the garage. The PRA should not try to escape as it will just lead to a chase and in turn shots will be highly likely.

The PRA and Police should not troll each other, this just causes problems which will then have to be dealt with by high command on both sides which will just lead to you being disciplined. No matter what the end discussion is like, those caught trolling the others will be severely reprimanded.
