Om du fått din medarbetarbild tagen av en fotograf här på LiU laddas bilden upp automatiskt åt dig som du får beskära och godkänna. Om du inte tagit en sådan bild kan du ladda upp en egen här genom denna tjänst. Om något är oklart, kontakta din webbredaktör.
Medarbetarsidan i LiU-webben följer den grafiska profilen för LiU. Att bilderna är enhetliga är viktigt för det samlade intrycket för besökaren. Därför ska:
- bilden vara tagen mot neutral (ljust grå), vit eller svart bakgrund.
- bilden ska vara i färg.
- bilden ska vara från axelhöjd och uppåt .
- bilden ska ha väl tilltaget utrymme runt personen så att den går att beskära.

Innan bilden publiceras ska den beskäras i rutan här intill. Här godkänner du också att bilden får användas på din medarbetarsida i LiU-webben och/eller att den kan användas av media som söker efter bilder på LiU-medarbetare. Bilden kommer för detta ändamål att sparas i ett bildarkiv som Kommunikationsavdelningen förfogar över.




If you had your employee picture taken by a photographer here at LIU, the image  should be automatically uploaded for you. If you have not taken such a picture, you can upload your own here. If anything is unclear, please contact your web editor.
The employee page of the LIU-web follow the graphic profile for LIU. It is there for important that the pictures are uniform for the overall impression to the visitor.
Therefore:
- The picture shall be taken towards the neutral (light gray), white or black background.
- The picture shall be in color.
- The picture shall be from the shoulder level and above.
- The image shall have some space around the person so that it can be cropped. Before the picture is published it should be cropped in the box to the right. Here you also agree that the picture may be used on your employee side in LiU web and / or it can be used by the media looking for images of LiU employees. The picture is for this purpose stored in an archive that can be used by the Communications Department .
