1. As per rule 3) You did not announce a "special playing time before the start of the game". By default the match was to be played for two 45 minute halves plus stoppage time.

Rule 3) " If Nitrogen Sports does not announce this special playing time before the start of the game all bets will be considered void and stakes returned."

2. Rule 3. does not mention "over/under" and only is about "official results". The bet was for "over/under". The rule states "..., in a game scheduled for two halves of 45 minutes each, a referee ends the game with an official result with what appears to be a time different than 2 halves of 45 minutes each, wagers will have action." This rule does not address the "over/under".

3. Rule 5. is about "over/under" and states "A match must reach full time for wagers on the total number of goals scored in the match to be valid." The match did not play for two 45 minute halves, for 90 minutes for full time. The match was stopped at the 86' minute mark, after which play did not resume after being interrupted. This wager should clearly be voided because it violates rule 5.

Why are other sportsbooks recognizing that 90 minutes were not played and you are not? The evidence is right there that the match was stopped at 86'. Why would multiple articles be reporting the match was stopped at 86'? Why would so many people on twitter be reaching out to sportsbooks like skybet, who respond that the match will be voided due to the full time not being played, and betdsi also state full 90 minutes not played, and 5dimes.

The match video clearly shows the second half was stopped before being completed. If you did not look at that then you are being dishonest. I am upset because it appears you do not recognize your own rules on soccer. It is clear the referee stopped the match in 86th min due to crowd trouble. Please note, in the same rule that you paste, clearly stated "..., in a game scheduled for two halves of 45 minutes each, a referee ends the game with an official result with what appears to be a time different than 2 halves of 45 minutes each, wagers will have action." The referees did not abandoned the field and they finished the match officially at the minute 91. The final score was official and the points of the match awarded, therefore your betslip ID 10087778525 was properly graded.

I have found the source video for the match. Look at 1hr 19 minutes 10 seconds in: https://youtu.be/owOwQulVyWY?t=1h19m10s This is when the referee ends the match at 86' There is a stoppage of play by the referee, no more ball, no players, enter riot gear police on field until the feed cuts at 1hr 25 minutes 30 seconds. The match result is 2-0 but two 45 minute halves were not played because of the crowd. You can clearly see here that the referee ends the match before two 45 minute halves of play were completed. Again, the rules:

Flashscore, sofascore, and tera do not show that the match was officially reinstated at all, so I am not sure why these are valid sources. I have provided the actual video of he end of the match after the riot. There is no match being played it was abandoned by the referee at 86' minutes. There was not two 45 minute halves played. This is your rules that state "If Nitrogen Sports does not announce this special playing time before the start of the game all bets will be considered void and stakes returned". You would not let me take the result of a bet at 86' either and finalize it if the rules are it has to be two 45 minute halves played.

Please look into it again beyond flashcore, look at the match video, or reach out to the odds provider. After further investigation and looking at other sportsbooks actions it is more clear that the match was not completed and should be void. I talked to Betdsi who verified that the match did not go the full 90 minutes as well and should be voided (https://snag.gy/yuzABW.jpg). Skybet also recognizes the match did not go the full 90 minutes https://twitter.com/SkyBet/status/790687182403014656 , in addition 5dimes says they will void the match if it is not resumed in 12 hours.

I have another issue tonight with a soccer wager in the Peru - Primera Division between Real Garcilaso and Defensor La Bocana. I bet on the total goals scored over 3 goals, but the match was abandoned due the the crowd before 90 minutes were played.

The problem is that the rules for the soccer bet is for two 45 minute halves, and there was not a full 90 minutes played. The match was not completed. It finished early after the referee called the game at the 86th minute after fans were throwing multiple rocks. There is the video of this above in the news link as well. According to the rules this should be corrected.
