  1. -Changes to exp levels - you will get experience slower on Nightmare, and faster from level 84-99
  2. -Area levels in Nightmare are all 10 lvls higher, no special changes besides that
  3. -Massive Area level changes for Hel. Act1-4 Hel ALvls are 20 lvls higher, following areas are level 95 now:
  4. Temples(Act 3)
  5. Chaos Sanctuary(Act 4)
  6. Throne Room(Act5)
  7. Pandemonium event places are all level 99
  8. -Weakened enemies to compensate for their level and nerfed items
  9.  
  10. -Changed Physical Immune monsters to 99% Physical damage resistant
  11.  
  12. -Barbarian skills in Warcries tree are all capped to level 15 (you can only give 15 points to each of them)

  14. -Stronger countess, weaker her minions
  15.  
  16. -Repair recipes now require 2 runes

  19. Many changes to gems and runes. Most important ones:
  20. Amethyst:
  21. *Weapons have +[4/8/12/16/20]%attack rate
  22. *Armors grant +[5/9/18/25/35]% Armor
  23. *Shields grant +[3/8/14/19/27]% Magic Resist !!! - this is the only sensible way to get Magic Resist

  25. Rubies and Saphires give Vitality/Energy instead of simple mana

  28. *Weapons have bonus magic damage

  31. *Shields have [1/2/3/4/5]% reduced damage
