Hired to bring important attache-case in to the combat zone, meeting with a Militech scientist. Payment is 2000 euros each, in cash. Can be bartered up to 3000 each

Militech refuses to tell them what's in the case (It's a datachip containing information about a "Project Masterpiece", which was obtained by an espionage team. It involves CIA memory-alteration experiments.)

The case is locked, bulletproof, etc, they don't want it open.

Near the beginning an ambush will take place (Explosives, STUN-2 for everyone), and the attache-case stolen. From there they have to track down the party that did that to them, only knowing that one of the solo's names was Web.

They'll learn Web (Real name: Derik Kerensky) is fairly famous in the zone (Or already know thanks to a Streetwise Diff: 20 ), said to be an escaped Militech Spyder borg. If the company is informed of this, they want two birds with one stone. Kill Web, retrieve the case, and bring it to the drop location. He was informed of the drop-off by the original scientist who was supposed to pick up the case, and the two plan to sell off the info in the case to Arasaka

If they ask for any support, Militech says they will not give any combat equipment until the location of Web can be confirmed, but will otherwise be willing to help. They will however mention that a bonus 2000 euros will be given if the body is retrieved intact, on top of an extra 3000 just for killing/disabling Web

Militech says "fuck it" and tells the party to deliver the case directly to the lab. The scientist who greets them there will be very reluctant to give any information regarding what the case contains if questioned (DIFF: 25, DIFF 20 with good RPing). If the check is successful, he will give very vague details about Project Masterpiece, saying it's simply "a breakthrough in the field of neuralware," though he will refer to it by name.

The scientist and his team will take one week to analyze the information before alerting Militech head officers that it is worth something. In that time, LEDiv starts their investigation on Militech for Espionage
