  1. I've talked to over roughly 10 people. One included a supervisor on the floor at 1800-4MYXbox and she just referred me to Twitter, which is not helpful. The 2 problems I've been having is I got a message from the Preview Program with 2 codes through a Xbox Live message, both being SMITE Beta codes. I redeemed the first one and I was going to give the 2nd away to a friend, today, I wanted to give it away but when I looked on my Xbox Messages, the codes were gone.
  2. When I talked to the other 10 people (including a supervisor), they did not help or compensate, just referrals to another department or something of the kind. Others said to go onto the forums under the Preview Program on my profile that is in the preview program, but when I try and go onto the private preview program forum, it does not allow me.
  3. All it says is just "Group Not Found" and I am getting tired of explaining my problems to over 10 people, and it pisses me off even more that a supervisor I had to demand to talk to could not help me.
