  1. Let it be decided that, henceforth, the Contractor will supply the Client* at a time of need, defined as a time when any member of the Client party requests the contractor's presence or all are incapacitated*. The Contractor is obligated to destroy any imminent threats that may cause death or permanent injury; including limb loss, mental disease, or severe scarring. The Contractor is obligated to continue such assistance until the relative safety of the Client is apparent.

  3. *The client defined as any member of the group defined as "the Convoy" as accepted by Jason Dodridge. If any member of the Client party is to pose as a threat to the majority Client party, the Contractor is to act as previously defined in the contract.

  5. *This assistance is to occur at the specific time of need; the Contractor may not disrupt the actions of the Client until the required circumstances are met; as listed in paragraph one, clause three.
  6.  
  7. The Client reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time, defined as an agreement by the majority of available members of the Client party.
