Well. If I get multiple reports on this, I'll OOCly say to units to not talk about potential sweep, just to not metagame that. Then I'll ask one of the Headcops for sweep auths. If headcops agreeds in sweep, I'll quickly radio to the units: "/r Attention TAG protection functionaries. Assemble at Non-Patrol region 3 exterior. Designated TAG-PT Leader "Insert tagline here". Code: Inject, 0, pressure, sword 0 expunge. After sweep if succesfull I'll hand out the reward 4-5 SC. If headcops deny sweeps request. I'll radio "/r All units return to code 12, remain high awareness during code 12. Attention, civic stability index is MARGINAL."

I'll quickly radio for the units to disregard a request and return to code 12, failrule to comply will result in malignant status. If I get more reports for contraband, then I'll simply ask headcops for a sweep auths. If they agree I'll call a sweep. If not I'll tell units to return to code 12 and again maintain high awereness code yellow.

Why?

Sadly on this map, Dispatch cannot fly into Non-patrol region 3. Only multiple reports and Headcop auth will provide a sweep call.

BIOSIGNAL LOSS AT RESIDENTIAL BLOCK FOUR; RESPONSE?

I'll immediately send TAG units there; cuz I won't send low-rank officers to that, I'll radio: "/r Attention *insert tagline here* Unit deserviced at Residential block 4, Tag Units assemble at RB4 exterior. Inject, investigate and report" I'll fly around RB4. If the 647E didn't escape yet and CP caught him, I'll radio: " Suspect is charged malignant, verdict code is: terminal prosecution; *insert tagline here* administer; remaining units at RB4 begin witness sterilization", but if there are only standard citizens there, searched and cleaned, and no-one saw person who killed CP, I'll charge them all with 243 with NLR as witness sterilization. Of course I can't forget to reward my fellow units for good cohesive duty.

Biosignal loss, this situation needs TAG units because of potential 10-32 who might be still sitting in RB4, of course death of officer means witness sterilization, because nobody must see that union is weak. So That's why I'm charging them all with 243 in second scenario, as witness sterilization. In first scenario witness sterilization must happen because union cannot show weakness of Civil Protection.
