  1. Charter of the Vox Populi

  3. PREAMBLE
  4. We, the Vox Populi, shall strive to become an honourable and respected alliance, through our deeds, our thoughts, and our words. We shall also strive to become a tight-knit brotherhood that shall never betray or sell out one another.

  6. ARTICLE I
  7. THE GRANDMASTERS
  8. The Grandmasters, a group of three (3) people, shall server as the overall heads of the Vox Populi. The 3 Grandmasters shall consist of the Internal Affairs Grandmaster, the Foreign Affairs Grandmaster, and the Military-Economics Grandmasters. Each shall serve as heads of their respective departments.
  9. Should a Grandmaster resign from his or her post, elections for a replacement shall take place no less than fourteen (14) days from the resignation with the following guidelines: One, that members can only run for elections if they have received no less than three (3) nominations; Two, that the elections be held in two rounds (with the last round only being contested by the top two candidates from the previous round) unless a candidate gets fifty (50) percent or more of the votes from the first round.

  11. ARTICLE II
  12. THE FELLOWCRAFTS
  13. The Fellowcrafts, a group of three (3) people, will each serve as a deputy to one (1) of the departments mentioned earlier: Internal Affairs, Foreign Affairs, and Military Economics.
  14. Should a Fellowcraft resign from his or her post, the Grandmaster from the department he or she used to serve shall find and appoint a replacement as soon as possible.

  16. ARTICLE III
  17. THE ENLIGHTENED APPRENTICES
  18. The Enlightened Apprentices, a group of three (3) people, will each serve as a deputy to the Fellowcrafts of one (1) of the departments mentioned earlier: Internal Affairs, Foreign Affairs, and Military Economics.
  19. Should an Enlightened Apprentice resign from his or her post, the Fellowcraft from the department he or she used to serve shall find and appoint a replacement as soon as possible.

  21. ARTICLE IV
  22. MEMBERSHIP
  23. Should an individual wish to join the Vox Populi, he or she must first apply to the in-game alliance. Once he/she applies, the individual is given twenty-four (24) hours to sign up for the forums (if the applicant fails to do so, he or she will be removed from the alliance).
  24. Once the individual has signed up for the forums, he or she shall then post an application form. Once he or she has done that, someone from the Internal Affairs department shall question the new applicant. Should the Internal Affairs staffer choose so, he or she must then recommend the new applicant to the Internal Affairs Grandmaster, who will then accept or remove the applicant from the alliance, should he or she wish too.
  25. Should a member wish to leave the Vox Populi, he or she must post a Membership Removal request on the forums and will be given twenty-four (24) hours to leave the alliance in-game.

  27. ARTICLE V
  28. ACTIVITY
  29. A member of the Vox Populi shall be active at least once every 2 weeks. Shall the member fail to do so without asking a government member first, he or she will be removed from the alliance.

  31. ARTICLE VI
  32. TREATIES
  33. The Vox Populi shall maintain a 'paperless' Foreign Affairs policy, in which the alliance is forbidden from signing any sort of treaty or joining any sort of alliance bloc.
