    I've linked my phone but I haven't received my bonus space.

        If you are having problems getting your bonus space please make sure you have completed five steps from our Getting Started guide:

        If getting started is completed, make sure that your device is linked to the same account that you have completed the Getting Started on.

    I'm on AT&T or Verizon. Where's my bonus space?

        Certain carriers have opted out of our promotions. Unfortunately, AT&T and Verizon are among these carriers not currently participating and phones on these carriers are ineligible for the promotion.

    I've first linked my device to another account. Can I get the space on a different account?

        The first account that the device is linked to is the one which will receive the bonus space. If you have additional questions, please contact Dropbox Support.: http://www.dropbox.com/support

    I have a Pro subscription already. Does this space add on to the space I already have?

        Yes, this promotion is an add-on of additional space to your account. If you already have "x" amount of space in your account, the promotion will add on for a total quota bonus of x + promotion.
