[18:44:58] Vinyl ♦ Meloetta: <Town> is a small city by the coast. The buildings are primarily made of bricks, and most people have plants on their windowsill, and grasses growing through cracks in the sidewalk.
[18:45:08] Vinyl ♦ Meloetta: It has a very rustic feel to it.
[18:45:15] Vinyl ♦ Meloetta: (( Okay, there. ))
[18:46:45] • Grimn(Yveltal) looks out at the small house, seemingly in the corner of the town. It has its curtains drawn, and he of course lives there. He has been living there two years now, and has not grown well-acquainted or attached to anyone.
[18:47:37] Vinyl ♦ Meloetta: An alarm beeps loudly in a bedroom. It goes on for several minutes, before shuffling is heard and the alarm goes quiet. She rises from her slumber, stretching and yawning.
[18:48:22] Vinyl ♦ Meloetta: She lived off around the outskirts of town, essentially the corner. She was surprised they even had apartments there, but she had to take what she could get.
[18:48:46] • Grimn(Yveltal) hears a loud alarm, and turns, his briefcase still in his hand. He thinks for a moment, and walks off, not wishing to be disturbed.
[18:50:51] • Grimn(Yveltal) steps into his house, and tucks the key into his pocket. He forgot something at home, and unbeknownst to him, the key slipped through a hole in his pocket. He left with a slip of paper in hand.
[18:51:28] Vinyl ♦ Meloetta: She slipped out of her bed and dressed quickly, dressed in informal wear. She finished her morning ritual and stepped outside into the hallway.
[18:52:07] • Grimn(Yveltal) steps into an apartment, and walks up the stairs quickly, still holding his note.
[18:52:28] • Grimn(Yveltal) spots the girl, and looks down the hallway,"... Do you know where room 238 is?"
[18:52:31] Vinyl ♦ Meloetta: She turned, holding her gaze to the ground and walking down the halls to the steps.
[18:52:52] Vinyl ♦ Meloetta: When she hears somebody's voice calling out, she looks up, but not able to pinpoint the voice's location.
[18:53:20] • Grimn(Yveltal) follows the girl, walking steadily, it seemed nothing would increase or slow down his gait.
[18:53:37] Vinyl ♦ Meloetta: She looks around confused, and then sees someone by the steps. "Ah, hello. Afraid I didn't hear you."
[18:54:49] Grimn(Yveltal): "Hello.." He pauses to look at the slip, as if confirming the number yet again,"Where is room 238?"
[18:55:41] Vinyl ♦ Meloetta: She blinks. "238..." She turns to look behind her, looking at the numbers on the doors. 238 is labelled on the door next to hers. "Follow," she said, simply.
[18:56:14] • Grimn(Yveltal) nods, and follows the girl.
[18:56:43] Vinyl ♦ Meloetta: She stops at the door, stepping to the side to allow the man access.
[18:56:58] Grimn(Yveltal): "This is it?" He pauses to look at the girl.
[18:57:36] Vinyl ♦ Meloetta: Whilst idle, she takes off her bow-earpiece. She blinks again, as if confused, and turns to look at Grimn. "Yes," she added, rather loudly. One would think she had hearing problems.
[18:57:53] • Grimn(Yveltal) pauses, and tries the doorknob.
[18:58:55] Grimn(Yveltal): __It does open, and he turns, and nods,"Thank you.." He leaves the door open.
[18:59:11] Vinyl ♦ Meloetta: She adjusts something on the earpiece, but inside was something of a tan-pinkish color. A hearing aid. She puts it back in, and hears the man thank her. She nods.
[19:00:53] Grimn(Yveltal): Inside the small apartment, a body is in a casket. A small arrangement has occurred, and he seems to be making the final touches for the funeral director to take over.
[19:02:00] Vinyl ♦ Meloetta: Out of curiosity, she looks over into the room. Her eyesight was sharp to make up for her loss of hearing in one of her ears, and she notices the casket.
[19:03:13] • Grimn(Yveltal) lifts a brush, and brushes over the deceased person's face, a smudge of makeup being wiped. He seems to have come earlier several times, never to the same location.
[19:03:23] Vinyl ♦ Meloetta: She remains quiet, and leans back over, staring at the bleak wall ahead. She held her hands together, clasped.
[19:05:23] • Grimn(Yveltal) nods, and writes on the note, before stepping to funeral director, a tall man wearing a golden suit. He hands him the note, and moves to leave.
[19:06:04] Vinyl ♦ Meloetta: She looks over, tilting her head slightly. Apparently, she hadn't put in her earpiece correctly, and it fell out. She didn't notice the dull ringing that followed.
[19:06:22] • Grimn(Yveltal) comes face to face with the girl,"Thank you again." He looks down at the ground, and picks her ribbon up.
[19:07:24] Vinyl ♦ Meloetta: She blinks, and nods again, taking the ribbon and putting it back in. "Say, what's your name?"
[19:07:59] Grimn(Yveltal): "My name is Grimn."
[19:08:31] Vinyl ♦ Meloetta: Her responses were delayed. "Vinyl. A pleasure to meet you." She offers a hand.
[19:08:51] • Grimn(Yveltal) takes the hand, shaking it briefly, before pulling his hand away.
[19:09:28] Vinyl ♦ Meloetta: She remained quiet a second, thinking. She hadn't wanted to delay the conversation any longer, but. . .
[19:09:47] Vinyl ♦ Meloetta: "Sorry to hold you up, but would you happen to know of any. . . job fairs, is it?"
[19:11:44] Grimn(Yveltal): "Job fairs? Er, I haven't looked for any jobs for a long time. I could help you look if you wanted.." He pulls a book out of his pocket,"Well.. I do not have any more appointments today.. I could help you look."
[19:12:08] Vinyl ♦ Meloetta: She smiled. ". . . Yes, that would be nice."
[19:13:07] • Grimn(Yveltal) nods.
[19:14:20] Grimn(Yveltal): "Well, let's get started, shall we?"
[19:14:36] Vinyl ♦ Meloetta: "Mhm. Where to start, though?"
[19:15:44] Grimn(Yveltal): "Not sure.." Its been more than a few years since he had finished college, but he seemed to be very young.
[19:16:34] Vinyl ♦ Meloetta: She shrugged. "Walk around town, looking for 'HIRING' posters?"
[19:16:49] • Grimn(Yveltal) shrugs,"I wouldn't know any other way."
[19:17:34] Vinyl ♦ Meloetta: "Might as well."
[19:20:02] • Grimn(Yveltal) closes the door behind him.
[19:20:37] Vinyl ♦ Meloetta: "So, shall we?" She said, beginning to walk the other way; she had stopped to speak.
[19:20:59] Grimn(Yveltal): "Of course." He sets his briefcase inside the door and shuts it again.

[19:22:25] Vinyl ♦ Meloetta: She started walking down the steps, only checking behind her once to see if the other had followed. She eventually arrived at the front door, opened it, and let Grimn through. "No."

[19:24:21] Vinyl ♦ Meloetta: "I moved here recently..."
[19:24:38] Vinyl ♦ Meloetta: "My village gifted me some wealth before I left."

[19:36:04] Grimn(Yveltal): The paper says looking for help, apply inside. "Just maybe, you could apply.."

[19:36:39] • Grimn(Yveltal) opens the door, and holds it,"I suppose you could try."
[19:37:38] Vinyl ♦ Meloetta: "Yeah. A second..." She steps in, looking around, and moves to the counter.

[19:52:41] Vinyl ♦ Meloetta: She dismisses it and does her work; fulfilling orders, serving, and cleaning.
[19:53:46] • Grimn (Yveltal) looks back at the cafe, and spots a bench across the street, sitting at it. He seems to wait.
